I rarely leave reviews but this really rubbed me the wrong way. After reading the other reviews, I'm thankful I decided not to buy from here. The lady told me I HAD to put the glasses I was interested in on this tray, and not to pick out too many or else I would be "overwhelmed", and that I could try my options on the tray on at the end, which I almost felt like was because she was worried I would break them or get them dirty. Both employees came across very snooty and had no interest in talking to me and I felt judged because of my appearance and how I was talking about insurance. They did not make any effort to look at my insurance or tell me what benefits I had or suggest glasses that fit my price range. They were pretty determined to upsell me to the point I felt like they just wanted my money and the sales lady even acted all sad and made a big fuss when I said I was going to leave since I didn't see anything I liked. Moreover, their doctor next door was HORRIBLE (I left a more specific review on that page). Then I was badgered with follow-up emails afterwards to leave a Google review and all sorts of niceties...which left a bad taste in my mouth and was the deciding factor in me leaving this Google review (probably not the one they wanted). Definitely recommend going to Target Optical across the street instead. Better prices, friendlier people, less judgement, faster service.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Denton, thanks to the incredible team there. I was assisted by name Allison and store manager Dawson , who were exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to help me browse dozens of frames, clearly explained my lens options and adjusted my old frame to fit me 100% perfectly!!!

Both Yolanda and Dawson did a wonderful job helping me find the right frames and guiding me through selecting the best progressive lenses for my needs.

Logan was incredibly helpful and took great care of my kiddo! We are so happy to have a quality eyewear place nearby for our eyeglasses.

This was the best experience I've had buying glasses in my 45 years of wearing them. They were very helpful and quick.

Ordered a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. Both showed up with clear lenses, and I really couldn't see any better with my new glasses than the ones I was replacing- in fact they were worse. Took them back three times to effect correction and was told that I had to get used to them. Never did. Went to another eye doctor for new glasses and was told that they were ground wrong, and the prescription was fouled up. The glasses from the new doctor are perfect.

Very poor service and management. It took 4 months for my sunglasses to arrive and communication was abysmal. I would call to check on the status and never get called back. I called 14 times in total to get updates and ask questions before my glasses finally came in. I've overheard other customers complain about the communication as well while in the store. 2 stars instead of 1 because the glasses are nice quality and look good.

My daughter and I were looking for frames and decided to check this LensCrafters location out. I have to say, Yamoah and Logan were exceptional! They went above and beyond to assist us. They were welcoming and friendly. Thank you, for amazing customer service.
