My experience at this clinic was disappointing. It was my first visit, and I arrived 20 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork. However, I was not called back until nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment, only to find out that there was a mix-up with my paperwork. This delay was frustrating, as appointments are scheduled for a reason, and it seemed like a lack of attention to the schedule caused unnecessary issues. When I finally saw Dr. Snook and his assistant, I felt rushed. They did not take the time to listen to my concerns, and I noticed an irritated expression on their faces when I shared my past experiences with other doctors over the last two years. Their dismissive attitude made me feel undervalued as a patient. While my husband has had positive experiences here, I won't be returning based on my visit.

To avoid if you don't want to lose money ! I came for a simple eye exam and they were not able to give me the correct prescription. They have old tools and machines that obviously don't work. I came a first time, they gave me a prescription. When I checked the prescription later during the day I noticed it was vastly different from my previous one whereas I don't feel any changes in my vision (left eye was -0.75 additionnal). I went back to tell them. They told me to order glasses and test it. Off course my vision was very blurred. I went back a third time. They change my prescription and made me pay again whereas it is their mistake ! They tried to hide their mistake finding excuses. I lost money and time.

One morning I woke up with blurred vision. I'd gone to see other DRs who didn't see anything wrong and brushed me off. After a week it still hadn't cleared up. I was referred to this practice and Dr. Snook is probably the first doctor that took me seriously. He went through an extensive time conducting tests, helped me get an expedited MRI with another facility and even had me go back to my DR to request tests that hadn't already been done. Less than 2 weeks later, we knew what it was. I wasn't happy to find out I had MS but it was a sense of relief to finally know what was going on. I'd been dealing with people not listening for years. I even had an episode years ago where I had unexplained double vision. I am forever grateful for Dr. Snook for taking me seriously and even helping me find a neurologist to help with next steps. I will recommend this practice anytime someone asks for a referral about their eyes.

This is only the initial visit. I was notified last week that I had a cataract in my right eye. The staff at North Dallas got me in and when I walked in the staff was amazing. They were professional as well as being able to put your anxiety to rest. The Dr was Dr Dwyer and she was great and professional she informed me that not only the right eye but eventually the left eye will need to be done. I am confident and look forward to having this procedure.

Dr. Dwyer was great. She was smart, sweet, very personable & professional. She dug metal shavings out of my eye with ease & was very accommodating. She even have me free samples of the antibiotics I needed so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy. I would definitely visit her again. If she was a general practitioner, she would definitely be my doctor.

I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Snook. The providers went well. The staff is prompt, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Snook takes time to answer questions, he is courteous and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Dwyer made 2 diagnosis with urgent care needed after Dr. Passmore at North Texas Eye center did not and I went 2 weeks without help as a result ! Thanks to Dr Dwyer I'm on the road to healing!

The staff were very pleasant! And the doctor was very thorough. Had a great visit!
