Dr Sayani has an outstanding practice! She and her office staff are kind and knowledgeable and there is not an overly long wait to see the doctor. I never feel like she is having to hurry through her schedule. I have been her patient for many years and plan on continuing for years to come!

Absolutely recommend this office! The front end staff is delightful, Dr Sayani is a gem & the techs are all so sweet. Truly the whole staff is top notch , they all show kindness and take their time.

I feel well taken care of in every aspect of my appointments . Dr Sayani takes time to explain every part of your care. I have told many people about Dr Sayani. She is a very good eye Dr.

Dr Sayani is extremely rude and impatient. She yelled at me because I had struggles surpressing my impulse to move my head back when something approaches my eye. She then got more angry with me when I asked clarifying questions. I've never waited an hour and a half at a doctor's office in two separate waiting rooms with digital billboards all over the building, including in the examination rooms, trying to sell products just to only get 5 minutes with the doctor who I came to see. I've never had a doctor act like I'm wasting their time in this way before when I ask clarifying questions. The clinic then tried to sell me recommended products in office with assurance that they were lower price than grocery stores, when they were actually 2 dollars more expensive. The entire experience gives me the impression this clinic is run with profit taking priority over quality service.

The process and options are a lot more complicated than the first IOL I had done years ago in Austin, but they make it understandable and overall it went smoothly so far.

I suddenly lost around 40% vision in one eye. I called the office to Make a first time patient appointment. The lady that helped me make that appointment was very kind and I was able to be seen fairly quickly for a new patient. When I arrived, the receptionist that helped me was very very nice and I wish I had gotten her name. When I was taking back to the room, the young girl who went over my history and dilated my eyes was not very nice, instead she was abrupt in her delivery and not at all comforting. I was anxious and nervous to be facing this unknown problem and The way she handled everything that she was doing, left me feeling ridiculous for being anxious. I saw Dr. Namrata Sayani, who was quite curt in her delivery of scary news to me. I felt like I was interrupting her day and she would've rather have been anywhere but there. She stopped me when I tried to ask questions and audibly sighed and rolled her eyes when I still had questions after she had finished. I will say the bright spot in that appointment was a young girl who was taking notes for the doctor while she was doing my exam. She was fabulous! The doctor told me to wait three weeks and come back to recheck my eye, and if there was no improvement, then she would try to laser my eye or recommend me to a retinal specialist. Thankfully, I did not listen to her advice and instead scheduled an appointment with a retinal specialist and was seen within two days. I had surgery six days later as it was recommended to do it quickly and not wait. The only reason that I left two stars was for the women in the office who made me feel comfortable and did their job in a professional manner. I would NOT recommend North Texas Center for Sight.

Dr. Sayani gave me the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my 66 years. When I tried to tell her something my PA had prescribed me (she was trying to prescribe the same regimen of antibiotics that I had already tried to no avail), she said, "STOP TALKING. I AM NOT FINISHED." I was apoplectic that she would talk to me in such a manner. She was rushed, rude, and did not ask if I had any questions whatsoever. Not only that, she did not care one iota what I had to say. She was in and out so quickly that there was no way to ask questions. I went to another ophthalmologist who treated me kindly with no rush. He answered all my questions. I will be going back to him. This is the way doctors should be, without a doubt. I highly recommend Dr. Sayani reconsider the way she treats patients and does business. (She also barks orders to her staff.) What is the point, if you are just rude to your patients and your staff? She needs to figure out a few life lessons for herself.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Sayani since we moved to Denton in 2022. I go for yearly exams and wife had two cataract surgeries there. Staff are courteous and it's easy to schedule. The cataract surgeries went well...doctor sometimes seems rushed so you have to make sure and ask your questions. We do recommend her practice.
