Ragsdale Vision Center

All of my experiences here have been wonderful! I've visited a few times myself, and most recently I scheduled an appointment for my kids. From the front desk to the optical team, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Big shoutout to the insurance verification team too--they made the process so easy. The whole appointment went smoothly, and I'll definitely be back soon for my next eye exam!

Edit: Thankfully the issue was resolved and all three children were able to have an appointment on the same day. I hope this issues stays resolved and that we are able to have appointments in the future. I have gone to Ragsdale for many years and always receive great care. I appreciated their attention to customer service in this situation. Tried to make an appointment for my 3 kids and was told that there is a policy they can have only 2 family members have an appointment in one day. As a single mom trying to get all the appointments done. Taking two days off of work for eye doctors appointments is very inconvenient. We will be finding somewhere else to go. My dentist and pediatrician are able to see all of the kids in one day but the eye doctor cannot?!

I had a great visit! Everyone was very nice! I did not have to wait long at all. It is actually friendly & relaxing atmosphere. I'm thankful to have Ragsdale Vision Center for my optical care!

I spent somewhere between $250-$300 for glasses for my son. After a few weeks of wearing the glasses, the frames had gotten a little bent after cleaning lenses. My wife called in to inquire about adjustments, they were accommodating and let us know they can fix for free if fixable. I brought them in twice, the second time returning, Kayla at the front desk in the glasses store didn't greet me with anything other than a scowl and a "do you have an appointment?". No hi, or welcome in, or a thank you or anything professional or polite at all. She made me upset and uncomfortable. The frames are a bit flimsy, and they weren't able to really get them back to shape, glasses looked the same as when I brought them in. Kayla was just lounging in the chair on her phone at the front desk, and had a very poor attitude and zero costumer service skills. Two stars is generous for this visit. Do better

I recently visited Dr. Ragsdale's office. Everyone was nice, the office and staff were pleasant and I feel Dr. Ragsdale was very thorough in his exam of my eyes. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses and being able to see clearly again.

I called and made my appointment quickly and easily. Service was great, but I had to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Do is super nice and wonderful! I had my appointment at 11:20 on Satutday but they closed before I could actually look at glasses and order some. Will update later when I go back to get glasses.

I have been a patient here for many years and never had an issue until today. I called in to order my contacts after my 2nd appt to check the 1st trial i was given as my right eye was still blurry. The 2nd set was fine. Employee who answered the phone was very rude when i asked to make sure i was ordering the correct contacts since i had 2 different prescriptions recently. She was extremely rude to me stating i don't know what to tell you and slammed the phone down hanging up on me. I called back and she answered so i asked to speak to the manager and she states " I am the manager" i asked her name and after some hesitation she says her name is Amber. I said well then can i speak to one of the Doctor's or someone above you since you are having a bad day and hung up on me. She yells i didn't hang up on you you said thank you and goodbye which I never said because we were not finished with my question. She said she was in charge and there was no one above her that i could speak to. I find this EXTREMELY unprofessional and if Amber is actually her name she is a complete disservice to Dr. Ragsdale's office and should be FIRED! She should not be working in customer service at all!

I was there for a normal eye exam, but the doctor found my retina was detaching! They got me referred that same day! So grateful
