I fell and damaged my glasses. I had insurance but could not find my receipt. I went to Sam's (where I bought them). Joshua was so kind and patient. We had trouble filing a claim online. He contacted Allstate for me and helped me file my claim. He was professional and courteous. I will always come here & will tell my friends

The girl kept saying the tracing machine was down, like I am supposed to know what that means. She had minimal to no training. She told us we had to take the bent frames off the shelf to get rid of their overstock instead of ordering new frames, which is how it has been done for the last 5 years when I get glasses here. I was getting glasses and contacts for both kids and she acted like it was a burden to help. It was so frustrating. I cancelled the order and walked out!

Unprofessional and disappointing service at the optical center. My husband initially came in to request a refund and was met with immediate irritation and resistance from staff. When he attempted to address the issue, they insisted a refund couldn't be issued--yet after calling the Lewisville location (where we originally purchased), we confirmed that any location can process a refund as all systems operate the same. When we returned to clarify this, the staff defensively assumed we were accusing them of not wanting to help, though that was never stated. Instead of resolving the issue, they went out of their way to "show" irrelevant information on their screen while deliberately avoiding the actual section related to the refund. This behavior made it clear that the refusal to help stemmed more from embarrassment or emotion than policy. This kind of avoidance and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Staff should be properly trained to operate with professionalism and composure--not emotion. This is a place of business, and customers should not have to navigate personal defensiveness in order to receive basic assistance. We also were shown the exact same screen at the Lewisville location and they clicked the right button and we received a refund immediately after that.

Don't bother here if you have a super high prescription (My eyes are -7.5 and -9.25). I got glasses here a year and a half ago, and they did great. Got new glasses this month (same prescription) with the same index (1.74), and the lenses were substantially thicker. They switched labs sometime between my last pair and this pair, and it seems to me their quality decreased with the new lab. Sad, because I really liked Sam's optical before, but if I'm paying $180 (with insurance!), I expect some decent glasses that don't give me a headache.

Best prices on glasses and contacts in town. The one year warranty is generous and is easily honored as long as I'm not a trash human being who treats the opticians like animals. 10/10 service.

The eye doctor was very nice and the front desk girl was also very sweet! I think I paid like 70$ for the eye exam without insurance and I was able to get a walk in appointment (: I was in and out in 20 min
