Had a fantastic experience picking out glasses and sunglasses. The eye exam itself was very quick and easy probably the quickest I've had. Next door at Visionworks Suzanne was so kind and helpful and patient. She took her time to make sure I was happy with my choices it was quite refreshing and different from my experience at other eyewear retailers.

I had to visit the store twice because my contact lens order was misplaced. When I tried to show the confirmation email, the staff didn't review it or realize the contacts were in a different drawer. Later, the general manager called but didn't ask about the issue and instead talked about glasses. After putting me on hold, they found the contacts -- which had been there the entire time. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Very disappointing experience.
