I was a little skeptical at first and kept rescheduling my appointment, but the doctor personally called me and made sure I was taken care of -- and I'm so glad he did! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The whole office staff was friendly and welcoming, and I absolutely love my new glasses. No complaints at all -- I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great eye care and service!

Absolutely amazing staff. Attentive, patient, polite and professional. They answered all my questions which were many. I also appreciate that my Dr. thoroughly explained everything including the images. They checked and double checked my concerns. Also appreciate the Operation Manager and my eye techs for explaining/suggesting the fitting, options and pricing for my new meta specs. Thanks and think you just gained a new permanent customer after being with my eye Dr. for the last 15 years.:)

I highly Recommend Advanced Vision care, Desoto I've been coming here for 2 years now. The staff and management is Incredible, Hands down to the doctor very efficient always recommends what's best for your eyes. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. In the past, I have always been provided with my eye measurements along with my prescription at no additional cost. However, today I was told that I would have to pay an additional $30.00 for the measurements because I was not purchasing glasses from them. I thought this was covered by my insurance. I previously purchased two pairs of glasses from this location and received measurements. Today, I was quoted $684.00 for the lenses only, not including the frames--even with insurance--and that amount was out of my budget. That is why I decided to shop around this time. It is unfortunate that something that was previously provided at no charge is now being billed simply because I chose not to buy from them. Due to this experience, my mother and I will not be returning, as we find this practice unreasonable. I called my insurance company, and they confirmed that the measurements were included as part of my plan under the $39.00 co-payment I made for the ophthalmic vision exam. I also paid a $10.00 co-payment for the comprehensive exam. This is truly disappointing and not honest. Watch out this is insurance fraud.

First time patient, came in for an eye exam & had an extremely pleasant experience. The service was professional, caring & very quick. In and out within less than an hour. All of the staff including the doctor were very attentive, expressing genuine care. I highly recommend this location for any & all of your vision needs.

We have been seen here for two years and they have been wonderful and understanding even after our glasses are falling off our face or the prescription has been off.

I had a great experience at the eye doctor. Got a pair of Fendi glasses at a great price. The doctor and optician, Luis, was great and worked with me in pricing. Best I give them A+ service.
