Dr. Danielle Gloster, O.D.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Danielle Gloster, O.D.! From the moment I walked in for my eye exam, she was thorough, efficient, and truly took the time to ensure my eye health was a priority. After my exam, she and one of the technicians helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit my face well--while also staying within my insurance budget, which I really appreciated. Dr. Gloster genuinely cares about her patients' well-being, taking the time to educate me on ways to maintain and improve my eye health. The entire process was smooth and timely, yet I never felt rushed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

Don't spend your money with Dr. Gloster unless you want an "energy matching" unprofessional experience. In all of my years of attending this practice I have never had this experience. I'm not sure if this is what occurs when diversity enters the office or what, but below is my experience. just now New If I could give no stars I definitely would! The lack of professionalism from Dr. Gloster is unreal. I was scheduled to have an eye test done, but upon arrival I was advised that "someone tried to call me." I check my phone and found out that no one called, but they called the correct number to verify my insurance. Interesting, I know. I was taken to the back and advised that I had to pay $195.00 that would apply towards my deductible. I asked who verified the insurance because my plan runs from Aug 1 to the end of July. He said the doctor did so I advised that I would wait to speak with the doctor. I advised the doctor that my deductible and out of pocket had been met for my benefit year. Dr. Gloster advised that the patient would have to pay the estimated amount in full upfront. I shared that I would not pay an amount knowing that I did not owe it and if that is their practice policy I would go somewhere else. While walking to the front I asked if I could get a copy of all of my prescriptions so that I could go somewhere else. That is when Dr. Gloster became very unprofessional talking about my personal situation in front of another customer in the front, saying that she was "matching energy" and going on about them not doing anything wrong. I will definitely be reporting them to the department of insurance to have their billing practices reviewed and investigated. It's not us younger people that I am worried about, it's the elders that fall victim to such practices.

Dr. Gloster is absolutely amazing! I have very difficult prescription and she out of any other optometrist I've ever seen (I'm almost 50) has taken care of it the best. She & her staff are a true blessing. I miss her being in Mineola but she is worth the drive to DeSoto as I will be making another appointment with her there! You'll be in the best hands with Dr. Gloster!

Dr. Gloster was very patient, professional, and pleasant. She wasn't rushed. She took her time to answer my questions. She also educated both my husband and myself on the condition of our eyes and caring for our glasses/contacts. I've found the perfect optometrist for me!

Well I'm giving 5 stars, because I took my eldest to this lady many moons ago when she was in East Texas I called today hoping to take my youngest to visit her and was heart broken to find that she is now in DeSoto. She is awesome. Let message to see if she would give me some recommendations for someone that is on her level. Thank you Dr. Gloster you are missed.

Dr. Danielle and her staff were very professional and warm and inviting. Each staff member were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain and serve. First time in a long time that I did not feel I was on an assembly line. I truly felt personally served.

Great Practice and Great Doctor, office staff that is helpful and friendly. What else do you need from an eye doctor?? I would definitely recommend
