Their service is impeccable. Everyone is professional,cheerful and helpful. Both my daughter and I bought glasses there. They have since repaired mine four times and hers twice FOR NO FEE within 10 minutes of our drop in. Wow. Impressive. And they have a pleasant hop with a beautiful selection of frames. Bonus points for decorating for every holiday.

Allison went above and beyond to find replacement frames for me! She searched thoroughly and tediously until she found a pair that my lenses could pop into....i didn't even know that was an option but she made it work. I'm so grateful for her! We have been Dr Cantrell's patients since 2014 - she and her staff have always taken such great care of us!

I started going to this eye doctor when they first opened. I took my children and grandson. However I had to stop using an optometrist as I aged and use a MD. Astigmatism and double vision appeared as I aged. Needing glasses cost a fortune. I decided to go back and take a pair of old frames to lessen the cost. However, I walked out with a new frame I really liked and lenses for the same amount I paid at Walmart. We aren't sure how it ended up being that cheap. But if the lenses are made better than Walmarts are I definitely will be going back.

I went in there to get my eyes checked because it has been many years. I went to my appointment and got my eyes checked. Everything went smoothly until I got the high-pressure sales to get new glasses. They cost 800 bucks for average looking glasses. They made me feel like there was no choice in the matter. A few weeks later I go to pick up the glasses and wow did they screw up the prescription. They said give it time and your eyes will adjust which didn't happen. I brought them back to return them, they said they would redo the prescription. A couple days later, they said the glasses were done. When I went back for the 4th time, I tried on the glasses and it was the exact same issue, I could look down at the floor and the floor looked like it was six inches from my face. I told them I wanted a refund and for them to take me out of there system. They never refunded the money to the insurance company (I verified) and now I cannot get them to STOP texting me. They text, I block, mark it as spam and it will come again from a new number. I get a text from them almost daily. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. I find it hard to believe all the reviews praising this business.

Excellent experience as always. My glasses got bent fairly bad. I walked in and they fixed them up in 5 min and got them back to new. Thank y'all very much always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience today. The staff was so kind, patient, and welcoming. I truly felt cared for and will definitely be returning and sharing this office with family and friends.

From the moment I called to schedule my appointment the staff at Dripping Springs, My Eye Dr. was exceptional!! Allison scheduled my appointment and collected my insurance information . She was very friendly and upbeat! Once I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Benny, he was also very friendly and courteous and professional while performing my preliminary tests. Finally, I was greeted my Doctor Kozlowski, he performed my eye exam very efficiently, he had a kind and caring disposition. He explained everything thoroughly and really seem to care. Once my exam was completed, I was then handed over to Allison who helped me get my contacts ordered. She found me the best price and even a rebate. The entire experience was a very positive and friendly one. I highly recommend this My Eye Dr. location !!!
