Dr. Gay and his staff are awesome! Very responsive and happy to help! Dr. Gay is an incredibly talented surgeon WITH bedside manners! For someone who is very anxious with my eyes, he made me feel exceptionally comfortable prior to my procedure, responded to texts after hours, and personally followed up to check back in on Thanksgiving when their office was closed. recommend!!!

I originally found Dr. Gay because of a tiktok of his results where a girl had ptosis in her one eye and her results were perfectly symmetrical. I couldn't figure out why my one eye was so droopy, I would get botox to get an "brow lift" to make my eyes even but they still always looked off and botox wasn't permanent. I didn't know why my eye was like that until I saw her before and after on tiktok and thought wow that's exactly what's wrong with my eyes. I scheduled a consultation with him and decided to move forward with surgery. He prescribed me eye drops to help lift the eye and they were $135, but he said that sometimes when you do surgery for one eye, the other could droop and the drops would help determine if the other would droop as well. Sadly it did so I had to get surgery in both eyes. I'm really glad he recommended eye drops first because I would be so upset if I flew from PA to Texas, paid for flights, rental car, hotel, etc. just to have to come back to get the other eye done too. I got the surgery done yesterday morning so about 34 hours ago and I feel okay. The pain was bad the first day but he prescribed me something stronger. I had 2 pills of ketamine to relax me during surgery, it took about 30 mins total. There was "pain" but it was just pressure. I went back to the hotel, slept, and flew back home at 6 am the next morning due to a family emergency. My eyes didn't hurt during the flight and I think I'm recovering well. My eyes are purple but it's just the bruising. He was so kind, answered all my questions, talked me through the surgery, etc. He is great and I highly recommend him. I will update this review with before and after pictures once I heal. So far so good!

My surgery was so much better than I even dared to dream. Today my eyes have been clear all day and not cloudy like they have been for months. They are swollen and sore, but they don't hurt and I can see better than I have in years. I wasn't expecting to see this well the very next day after the surgery. Dr. Gay is a miracle worker! He's also kind and personable. I'm so glad to have been referred to him.

I have had the CO2 Laser Resurfacing done and I am truly grateful to have such a grat doctor. Dr. Gay always makes time and goes out of his way when you need extra help. I recommend Dr. Gay as a very good experience doctor.
