I was running behind for my appointment so I called in to let them know. The receptionist was extremely friendly and assured me to just be careful and take my time. It would be ok. Once I arrived I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes. The atmosphere was upbeat and fun feeling! The young lady that performed the first set of tests on my eyes was very knowledgeable and also very friendly. Dr Kavanagh walks in so I thought ok this is where it gets serious...nice time over! NOPE, he is as genuinely nice as you could ever imagine. Extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had with confidence and never talked in language I didn't understand. I've been going to optometrists since 3rd grade (and now I'm old) and this was my best experience yet! I highly recommend these folks!!

I came here because of the great Google reviews and I am so glad I did! Dr. Josh actually listened to me. He heard me. He responded with kindness. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I knew something was wrong with my last contact lens exam (done in a different state) and he did a thorough exam and confirmed it for me! I trusted his expertise. After my appointment, I had fun looking at glasses with Dianna. I kept telling her I was picky about my glasses, but she had such a kind spirit and was so patient with me, that she actually helped me to find a pair of glasses that I loved and that fit me perfectly. She made the process fun and joyful and she was so great and professional that I couldn't help but enjoy the process. My reticent additude didn't faze her positive and helpful approach and she did surprise me with the perfect frames for me. In all my years, I have never had a more amazing experience having my eyes checked for both contacts and glasses then at Dumas Vision Source. They were not pushy at all about buying anything, they genuinely had hearts of service and they just wanted me to enjoy the experience and process. Everything was clean and when I emerged from my appointment with Dr. Josh, all the other workers were very kind to listen to me gushing about, "Wow! He's the best eye doctor I've ever seen! He actually listened to me!" Thank you, Dumas Vision Source! Praise God!

My children and I come here and it's always a wonderful experience and the employees are always so professional, polite and friendly. Wouldn't want to choose any other eye dr.

I'm very pleased with the friendly, competent service received at Dumas Vision Source. It is a lovely facility with the latest equipment for a thorough exam. I'm very happy to recommend Dr Moore and his staff to family and friends.

I posted a review about a month ago after taking my 12 year old and 7 year old to see Dr. Moore. Yesterday, I took my 9 year and 6 year old, and left even more impressed than the first time. My 6 year old was very squirmy and a bit uncooperative, but Dr. Moore and his staff seemed unfazed. They're so friendly, patient, and great with kids. We drive about an 1.5 hours for our appointments, and it's definitely worth it.

Dr. Moore always takes time to listen to you. The ladies are always smiling and ready to help in anyway they can! Thank you all!
