Awesome place to get your eyes checked! Dr. Navarro and his staff are amazing and always willing to help. The office is always really nice and clean which is always a plus. I have been going to Dr. Navarro's office for several years and have always had a great experience! Dr. Navarro always makes sure I don't leave until I have the best prescription which is awesome because it shows he truly cares for his patients!!

Needed a new eyeglass prescription, called for an appointment and was given an appointment right away. Went in and after filling out new patient paperwork was quickly taken back to the doctor. A flurry of extensive and thorough tests later I had a prescription for new glasses, new eye drops, and suggestions as to maintain eye health in the future. Staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Doctor Navarro was very professional and clearly a knowledgeable expert in his profession (funny too). Great selection of frames to choose from. Picked up my new Juicy glasses yesterday and they look great, fit great, and I can read again. Thank you EVC!!!!

I had, what I considered, a serious issue with one of my eyes. I went in as a walk in, on a Saturday afternoon,and was examined thoroughly by Dr. Navarro and his staff nonetheless. Dr. Navarro has to be the nicest and most caring eye doctor that I have known and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I will definitely be returning for regular check ups and in the case of any other eye issues.

I took my son to Dr Navarro a few months ago. His bedside manner was extremely poor and he essentially told me (in front of my 8 year old) that my son would lose his vision in his early 20s despite not having dilated his eyes or done thorough testing and also compared my son's eyes to rotting apples. It all felt rash and extremely rude. Even if he felt this was accurate, it should never have been said in such a nonchalant manner in front of my impressionable son. He cried outside of the doctor's office asking me why and when he would go blind. Needless to say, I sought a second opinion with a specialist in San Antonio who completely negated Dr Navarro's assessment and assuaged my son's fears. I'll stick with the 3 hour drive to San Antonio from now on for the better service and care.

I've been coming to EVC for a couple years now and have always been received with a smile and staff that is very attentive and friendly. Today was no exception ! Came in as a walk-in and received the same warm welcome I have always been greeted with. It had been a while since my last visit and Dr. Navarro was attentive as always making sure every detail was reviewed and covered. Him along with his team always go above and beyond to make sure his patients are taken care of and answer any questions of concern. I Highly recommend EVC for anyone that is looking for someone that is highly qualified!

Doctor Navarro and EVC doctors are very knowledgeable. Always caring and very quick, they have always made me feel comfortable when I go in for eye testing. They always carry the new and stylish frames, I highly recommended EVC and Doctor Navarro for eye testing, you will not go wrong going here. If you need a rush in making glasses they will accommodate to you as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you again to EVC and Doctor Navarro!

Great service and friendly staff! Doctors are very knowledgeable and take their time with their patients! I am comfortable knowing that my vision is in great hands with Dr. Navarro and his staff! Will be a customer for life!

Navarro is excellent explaing things to his patients and staff explain insurance with you also all employees are excellent and courteous.
