Dr. Flores and staff are world class, top notch health care providers. Great patient advocates, excellent customer care, professionalism and great service. Dr. Flores was thorough, identified problematic issues, thoroughly provided patient education and is someone I trust, so much so that I will be making appointments for my family as well. I trust that eye care is a priority for the office and I couldn't be happier to have been recommended to the office. Thank you all so much for all that you are doing on my behalf. I am grateful for your commitment to excellence.

UT Vision Center is awesome! The staff is always friendly, the office is clean, and I haven't had a single bad experience. The doctors take the time to talk with me and explain things in a way I can actually understand, instead of rushing through and moving on to the next patient. Highly recommend!

Had a nightmare experience. Pulled my kid out of school early for the appt. Sat there and waited for 30 minutes after checking in. Another secretary came strolling in at 1 hr 37 mins and said we have been trying to get ahold of you to reschedule with Dr. Hernandez, Dr brown quit.. .. our appt was with Dr Hernandez! We have received no phone calls only text confirmations for the appt with Dr. Hernandez. They weren't able to see us for our appt after we excused our kid early from school. The rudeness directed towards us for their mistake is unacceptable. *UTRGV Health Vision Center

Wish I had seen the doctors. I really need to change optometrists and thought this was a great area. Walked in the place was nice and quiet. But, the receptionist was horrible. He kept asking me questions that I had already answered over the phone. When I asked questions he would put me off or only respond with an "okiedokie" that made him sound condescending and begrudging to have to be dealing with me. He not.once looked at me and left me with my arm extended when he asked for my insurance card. He also could not be bothered to show me what I needed to see on papers. Most professional offices highlight the important items to make sure that they get the information. I would imagine this would be equal if not more necessary since this a place where people with less than perfect vision may go. I felt I was playing tennis with the paper. It was frustrating. Along with a cancer diagnosis, I don't need to be treated poorly busy a person like him I have too few days to enjoy to spend in an office that makes.him the fave and flavor of the location.

OMG. I just had the best eye exam I have ever had by Dr. Guadalupe Flores. She was very thorough, answered all my questions, recapped her findings over the course of the exam and was friendly too!! I came from Brownsville and found the entire experience worth the drive. Chris who helped with the exam was great too. If you need an exam come see Dr. Flores, you won't be disappointed!!

It's always nice to try something new, which is what this facility is. Some would say that newer isn't always better, but that couldn't stray further from the truth. This facility is better in every single way. They feature some amazing technology that will suprise you. The staff are all friendly, and extremely helpful. Dr. Lambert was engaging and kept me well informed on everything that was happening. Their selection of frames was nice, I found the Arbor brand interesting. If you want contacts than this facility also gives you that option. In all honesty this is a facility that deserves more recognition. Then again, it's only been open for 6 weeks. With all this being said, this will be probably where I get my eyes checked for years to come.

Dr Anderson and her staff are all friendly and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the health care vision center. Would recommend family members and friends.
