I tried to make a appointment no one answer the phone I called five times, I didn't mind the low rating on this place cuz I get it the staff can't always be happy and helping but as long as they do the job it be fine right, but nope no one even answer the phone when I kept calling

Dr. Mehkri is a wonderful, caring opthamologist. Very happy with his patience and treatment for my newborn. Highly recommend

Be prepared to wait over 2 hours after your scheduled appointment... it's well worth it. Dr. Mehkri is good professional and courteous. He saw my son and asked me several times if I had any questions to ask him. He explained everything that my son has and what to do. Office personnel was good. Highly recommend him.

We absolutely love Dr. Mehkri and his staff! I cannot begin to say how thankful we are to him for all the help he has offered my parents over the years. They have been patients of his for many years, and now in their 80s, Dr. Mehkri is still caring for them and their eyes to help provide them with the best quality of life. In the past, he has performed cataract surgery on both of my parents on both of their eyes. Additionally, he repaired an extremely serious issue my dad had with his eye recently. His prognosis was pretty grim, but Dr. Mehkri managed to save his eyesight in that eye, and my dad now has near perfect vision. Dr. Mehkri is a very caring physician. He is straightforward with his expectations for patient care and for this we are grateful! We also love that Dr. Mehkri doesn't just focus on an elderly patient's eyes, but on his/her total well-being as well. Patients may have a bit of a wait to see Dr. Mehkri at times, but there is a REASON! He is worth the wait! Thank you to Dr. Mehkri and staff...you are a God send!

The wait is long but well worth it . You see him every time you go there and he takes time to explain things in a very understandable manner ! Very PROFESSIONAL and POLITE . He has been a Blessing to my wife and myself , He is one doctor that is GOD SENT who helps and cares about his patients!!!

This doctor staff are the rudest people in the medical field. My mother is blind with my grandma who doesn't read or write. Need to fill out forms, the lady at the front wouldn't help them to fill form out and yell at them. My grandma had to pay another patience in the office 20 dollars to fill out the forms. Have reported this to Medicare because this a disability discrimination. I do hope the lady at the front desk gets fired!!!! I hope nobody in her family ever gets sick and have to deal with someone like her. I can't believe Dr. Yazji would refer their patients to this doctor.

They have a limit of six people in the office, one gentelmen arrives and we were already six people and makes a huge deal that he will not wait outside and stays and the office people don't do nothing about it. My daughter gets called to be checked and they tell us to wait in the lobby which is already full and the receptionist tells us to wait in the car when I was the first to be in the lobby very bad organized don't follow covid 19 rules except when they want with some patients not all. Will be changing provider

Went to see the "Doctor" for a prescription, it took me about 3 hours. When I got my glasses the prescription was incorrect, I went back and they treated me really bad, like is my fault they're not doing their job right at the first time. I guess is only fair if they give me my money back of the first appointment but they said they don't do that and told me "Do whatever you want"
