So thankful for this place. I was in town for the weekend and had something cut my eye and it was a Friday at 4 and they let me come in and got it checked out! They're so friendly and kind. Highly recommend. Turns out a feather pillow can cut your eyeball at night. But they got me meds and fixed me up quick!

Didn't get past phone lines to make an appointment. Office staff was extremely rude and acted like it was an inconvience that I was calling to make appointments for my family. I'm beginning to understand why locals are outsourcing medical needs to locations outside of FBG.

I was there for an appointment today.. Dr. Anderegg is GREAT i have nothing to complain about her! Her front desk staff is another thing. I waked in & did not get get a "hello" one of them was busy with another patient there was another lady there & she did not even hesitate to try & check me in she was just looking at me up & down, then the other lady let me know my insurance showed inactive.. she asked if i wanted to keep my appointment to which i said no i will have my husband check with HR & I'll reschedule.. i then changed my mind & asked if the appointment was still available i would still take it to which she said yes, & then the nurse that took me back was rude & said i needed to hurry because it was getting late. She ended up taking me back to the exam room & was rude & in a hurry to get done. I am not sure if i will be returning as they made me feel u comfortable & like my business did not matter.

I called and made an Emergency eye appointment, phone was answered promptly and Irene answered, scheduled quickly and gathered insurance information efficiently. Very pleasantly surprised. I get to my appointment, was greeted warmly as soon as I got there. Was given forms to complete as usual, waited about 5 minutes was taken back for the preliminary exam. Lina very pleasant and informative, testing completed I was taken to the exam room to wait for the doctor. Dr White came in, introduced herself, asked questions and Really listened to my situation, she then explained everything she would do before doing it, and during the process. She wrote down everything precisely and exactly like she wanted, asked if I had any questions, provided samples and coupons for the products she recommended and prescribed. She was Amazing! Such a pleasant experience and what a breath of fresh air to find an office that treats you like a Human and not a Number! Ill recommend Dr White to anyone, and Ill definitely see her again.

I was referred by my GP but can't say I was impressed, in hindsight I feel that my exam wasn't complete. I did decide to get my glass there. I came in as soon as they were ready and I knew right away they were not correct. Every part of the lens was blurry. I told them that and they told me to take them home and wear them a week. I tried but I had headaches, nausea, and could not focus period. When I came back in a week later I explained my situation, lots of back and forth with people in the back room with no real solutions and then got silence. Not satisfied, I told them I was returning them and wanted a refund. They said no. Ok, I left the glasses there. I received a call from the office manager and she told me I was rude and throw the glasses on the table and yelled at the woman who was waiting on me. Not true. So I called my CC and put in a dispute with them. We will see what happens but I will never go there again for an exam or glasses.

Great Doctors and Staff. Got me right in and took care of me within an hour of calling with an urgent need, even though they had never seen me previously. I was so impressed with the care and awesome new equipment that I booked my regular vision appointment for the next week. Totally professional and very kind from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I came from out of state for my sister's wedding in Fredericksburg. Due to float trip mishap, I lost one lens in my glasses. Sadie at the Fredericksburg store gave me A+ service from my initial call to my in store visit to replacing my missing lens. She saved the day! Thank you so much to Sadie and TSO!

For our first year with Dr. Anderegg she was pleasant & we liked her, but during our second year & going into our 3rd year she started to have Mary come in for Glaucoma test 3 to 4 times a year & my eyes never changed. With my previous eye doctor in Coloroado I only went twice a year & my eyes had not changed but very slightly! The doctor also started to charge my tests to a different code for Eye Medical Test instead of Glaucoma Eye Tests, which I felt was only so she could receive a higher amount of money (my Co-Pay). I asked her billing person & she said that was what they needed to charge us. Then we asked Dr. Anderegg why & to make a long story short, Dr. Anderegg became very agitated & irritable with myself & husband. Just because we were questioning her on why she was charging us under a different code instead of the same previous one during the previous year & a half & that I told her now I was paying a higher co-pay & my Ins. Company had to pay more too!!... So when we decided to leave & I was paying my bill, she came out and slammed the paper on the counter & said to the receptionist, 'here, give this to them & see if they want to argue about this one bill too!! I was very surprised that she acted this way, whether she was having a bad day or personal problems I don't know, but it was not very professional!!..Needless to say we are not going to her anymore!!
