Dr. Huynh and her staff provided me with very personalized care. The doctor spent a good deal of time reviewing my existing prescriptions in comparison to the new results from the current appointment were, as well as helping me understand options for using my existing frames for new lenses. The staff was very helpful in explaining all the price points for various frame and lens options under my insurance to help me get the best value for what I wanted in new eyewear.

I went here to get my safety glasses, Vanessa was who assisted me. I got there at lunch time, she was very nice and helpful. Very nice office. I recommend them if you're looking for glasses, Vanessa explained my prescription and how to get used to the progressive lenses which my last optometrist didn't.

I've been a regular patient at this practice since 2015 and have always booked my annual eye appointment a year in advance. For my December appointment this year, I scheduled and received confirmation back in December of last year. Unfortunately, I was informed today that the office had a scheduling conflict at the same time, and the alternative dates offered were not accommodating to my availability.
This was disappointing, especially given the long notice and my years as a loyal patient. This recent situation has left me feeling undervalued, and as a result, I've lost interest in continuing my care with this office.
I hope this feedback helps improve scheduling and patient consideration moving forward.

Dr. Huynh gives a very thorough exam and explains everything well. The practice is very well run. They also trust their glaucoma detection instrument, unlike many other optometrists that have them so that they can charge for it, but if you actually need a glaucoma test they will say they can't do it.
