Brought my 5 year old son because he failed his vision test at school. All of the staff was very welcoming from the moment we stepped in the clinic. Dr. Brad is amazing with kids my son was happy throughout the whole exam! Highly recommend!

Dr. Brad and his staff are warm and inviting. Questions were respectfully answered no matter how many times asked. I came away feeling that I had received the best possible treatment from Dr. Brad and his welcoming staff.

Dr. Brad is the most patient, welcoming, and friendliest doctor I've ever met. He's an absolute pleasure to deal with when getting my annual checkup or whenever eye issues flare up. I'm so thankful to have found this office. I only wish he practiced general medicine as a PCP and rheumatology as well so that I didn't have to go to other doctors! Dr Brad is one of the very few doctors that I look forward to going to see. He listens to what the current situation is and provides logical solutions to the best benefit of the patient. He understands the financial realities of vision care and works to provide the best possible solution within the confines of our vision care insurance.

I truly love Dr. Brad -- he is excellent and always makes us feel comfortable and cared for. However, I do need to share some concerns about the experience in the optical department. The young lady working in optical unfortunately gives off the impression that customers are not welcomed. On multiple occasions, I've felt like asking for help was an inconvenience to her. For example, during one visit, I waited in the lobby for her to call me over, but she was on her phone the entire time. On another occasion, I sent my older son to take his younger brother to get glasses, and he came back with the same impression -- that her demeanor was dismissive and unwelcoming. What stood out even more was a pricing inconsistency. She quoted my son $200 for frames, while the helpful front desk associate had told him the same frames were $29. This raised a big concern for us and felt like a red flag. It's disappointing because Dr. Brad and the front staff are wonderful, but the attitude and professionalism in optical can make or break the entire experience. The person in that role is the first face you see when walking in, and being on the phone instead of greeting or assisting patients sends the wrong message. I hope this can be addressed, because we truly want to continue coming here for Dr. Brad, but if the service in optical does not improve, we may need to look elsewhere.
