If I could give you a zero I would. Very disappointed in their customer service, the two ladies seem to be bothered to look up insurance. Yes it's unfortunate that my daughter's father didn't mail her the insurance card but at least take time to look at her phone and the card he sent her. Instead rudely asks for the vision plan, and we let her know the name but she claims not to find any information. Yet we go to another clinic and they find all the information. At least we know you don't care to obtain new customers. We are a family of four and all of us wear glasses. don't waste your time here...these ladies need customer service training.

We had a visit with Dr. Wong and his staff and they did amazing!! My girl was nervous but his techs went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Dr was very thorough and patient. Highly recommend!

Fabiola in the office is So RUDE--- The fact AUSTIN the "office manager" had to fix a huge fraudulent insurance billing issue after I brought it to his attention and his lack of knowledge from the very rude and disrespectful front office girls was completely unacceptable. They agreed to render the services that were inaccurately billed to my vision insurance for my daughter, Contact RX was received and we left with the Rx -- Now a year later now we call to schedule an appt and are refused to schedule because of my previous complaint. Again greeted with the VERY rude Fabiola and I did request to have Dr.Gene Wang call me regarding what is taking place regarding the front office staff I was refused and told Austin would be calling me back but yet she did not ask for my phone number I had to provide it to her and remind her it might be helpful for her to have my number if she is saying he would call me back. Its really unfortunate the office staff is so HORRIBLE because the doctors them self are pretty amazing and great at what they do, If you can get past the rude and incompetent front office staff you will be in good hands. DO BETTER as the front office is the VERY first impression of any current or future patient - I have been in healthcare for over 28 years I know the ins and out of insurance billing and customer service and what is going on here is completely unacceptable.

The staff and doctors made my visit pleasant. I got what I wanted and everything was nicely explained to me. I'll be going back.

Dr Gene Wong saved my vision. At a routine exam for new glasses he spotted a torn retina. This can cause blindness without prompt treatment. He found a retinal surgeon who treated me the same day. Dr Wong is an exceptional clinician and a very kind doctor.

I have been waiting 1 and 1/2 hours to see the doctor. They told me he's running behind. Why book so many people that you have to wait so long!!!!! This is ridiculous! If I didn't need new contacts, I'd just walk out!

I recommend them! Ihad to schedule an emergency appointment and they took me in as soon as I called! I take my daughter here as well and they have been so great to us! The best eye doctor I've been to. They care so much about their patients and it shows.

Got some glasses pd 400. Had them 4 days and frame fell apart,,I had pd extra for warranty and had to pay deductable even though they lasted 4 days,I asked to speak to manager and was told they were not available
