Granbury Eye Care

This place is very nice! The doctor is so cool to talk to and very comfortable to be around. Everyone in this place is so caring and friendly. I know that it's an eye doctor but I always kinda get excited coming here because it's very chill and nice and clean! Also love there fish tank!

They are always polite and efficient. The optical department is cheerful and ALWAYS go above and beyond the call of duty. Never had a problem, even when they are crowded.

Granbury Eye Care is a wonderful place. I love their customer service. Our Optometrist Dr. Timothy Bowers is the best. We travel 1 hr away from home to see Dr. Bowers for our yearly eye exam because we only trust our eye care with Dr. Bowers.

I am not terribly impressed by the optometrists at Granbury Eye Care (2-3*). Mandie, who fits the glasses, is THE BEST (5*+)service person that I've ever worked with. Anyone in the industry in Hood County could take lessons from her. We get our eyes checked elsewhere and buy the glasses with Mandie.

My experience with the Doctor was not bad. But, I do feel they are overcharging me and the Office Manager was very rude. I have 2 different insurances and paid $138 out of pocket for a contact eye exam. I was given my trial contacts and a follow up appointment was set. When I returned for my follow up, they wanted to do a test. (take pictures of my eyes). That was covered by my insurance. Over a month later, I get a bill demanding payment of $65.50 saying I owe for the Office visit.... WHAT???? seriously this office is charging for a follow up contact exam where trial contacts was given. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! I feel this is beyond crazy that they would charge for a follow up after the initial contact exam and fitting was so HIGH. Response: This is not the TRUTH! I was never seen a third time. Also, If the second visit wasn't a follow up on my contacts then, the $60 co - pay was for the DR visit. So YOU are still charging me twice for the same visit.

We've been going to Dr. Wadley for more years than I can count. He is the best. He is so personable and explains everything very well. Mandy is amazing - we won't pick out frames without her!

I am so glad I went to Granbury Eye Care! After being disappointed with the service at Cheney Eye, I was very happy about the care and service I received at Granbury Eye Care. The Optometrist did a very thorough exam and didn't mandate that I get the Optomap. Then the ladies in the optical shop were very helpful, friendly and nice. I will definitely be bringing my family to this office.

My husband and I initially arranged an appointment with Dr Wadley and Granbury Eye Care when we lived in Granbury. We moved to central Texas in 2015. We made one more appointment in 2016 after we moved. We looked for an eye Doctor closer to us for the next 3 years or so. None of the other offices measured up to the standards of Dr Wadley. We now drive the 3 hours from our home to see Dr Wadley and have our glasses ordered through Granbury Eye Care. The trip takes all day; but it is well worth it. We know our exam is done correctly, as well as our glasses being right the first time. We will continue to travel once a year to see Dr Wadley. I highly recommend Dr Wadley and Granbury Eye Care for excellent service and professionalism.
