Doctor was nice.....but how long are our glasses going to sit in a box in a room in that building before I can see to drive with my family in the vehicle or for me to see when I work....I mean Everytime we call we are told " WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT GOING ON THEY ARE IN A BOX IN THE BACK" HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET ONE PERSON TO OPEN THE BOXES?!? GENUINELY CURIOUS......

The office was kind, and the appointment was very quick. However I was not pleased when at the end of my appointment my total was significantly higher then I was expecting. Come to find out one of the images that was taken was not covered under insuranse. No one even bothered to let me know before hand that this would be extra. They just assumed that I was okay with the charge. Honestly that right there makes me not want to go back.

I was happy that they took my insurance. Everything went well for the doctors appointment. The staff were friendly and courteous. I was told that I would be emailed when my glasses were ready. I was not, I had to call them to find out if my glasses were ready. When I finally picked them up, there was nobody to help me fit my glasses to my head, just the one person in front. Other than that, I had no problems.

Brought my daughter in for a visit and the girls running this location were absolutely amazing. Every question asked was answered. I felt so comfortable like I was sitting In my living room. The kindness and compassion they showed my daughter was beyond compare. Stephanie, Meagan and Zoey helped with anything I needed and I can't wait until next year! Maybe we will go for cat eye next year. Also five stars for the amount of patience and kindness they each showed. Hands down wouldn't go anywhere else!

I made an appointment here over a month ago because I was told they accept Medicaid. Their website states that they accept all insurances and had me put all my insurance information in when making my appointment. They called me the day before my original appointment saying the doctor was not going to be in the office and would not be for another three weeks. So we push my appointment out, all while I really can't see, and come to today. I went in for my appointment and was not greeted or acknowledged for about 15 minutes after walking in. Finally they bring me to the front and have me fill out paperwork and then come back out to tell me that they do not accept my insurance. :/ what is the point in taking all my info online and why do they post on the website that they accept all insurances when this is not the case? I could have made an appointment elsewhere weeks ago if they had looked at the information in front of them and let me know. What a waste of time.

First off I rarely ever give any business a bad review. But the lack of service almost cost my husband his vision from a detached retina. He was seen on a Monday and was told he needed to see a retina specialist. They would make the referral. By Wednesday we have called them twice on their emergency number with no call back about the referral. We are also calling a Retina specialist who wants the eye doctor to send them a referral. Definitely we are caught in the crack. I finally got to speak with a person in the office who reluctantly agreed to call the Retina specialist. But I never heard back from her so who knows if she did. Finally on Wednesday we get an emergency appointment with a specialist and find out my husband has a complete detached retina as we expected. Surgery is happening in a few days. So in conclusion we had a serious emergency that was not detected by the doctor. And worse the staff was not helpful. We will not be going back. I'm graciously giving them 4 stars but only because I don't want to tank their algorithms of rating. Reading this review is their wake up call hopefully.

The patients and detail this company shows with each client is stand up 5 star. Not to mention. dr. McDaniel is the same dr I have see for the past 3 yrs.along with the variety and quality of eyewear.

Wonderful experience. The staff was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. The doctor took a lot of time answering my questions in the exam and was very easy to talk to. I have a very high prescription and have worn glasses all of my life. I've been to many eyeglass offices over the years but have been more impressed by the people who took care of me in this office than anywhere else. It's hard to find a place where you genuinely feel like they are grateful and thankful to have your business and treat you as though they want to keep it. I'm impressed.
