My records were transferred from my previous location which made it easy to see my progress instead of me having to bring documents in or Iocate them myself. I was greeted upon arrival and was early however was, able to complete everything that was needed and there was no lax time between the practitioner and optometrist. It was a very effective visit with a friendly staff was out your needs first.

I brought my family here last year. Good experience. However 2026 the receptionist was so rude and unwilling to find a solution to my prescription that was no longer in their system. The receptionist could had apologized and said we will try and correct this. But I got a cold stare when I asked what should I do. I thanked her and walked out. Will spend my $300 at another eye doctor. Train ur receptionist on how to fix a problem. Instead of a bad attitude and turn a former customer away. Disappointed

My nephew broke his glasses, and the eye specialist at this clinic was amazing. They didn't hesitate to assist him, even knowing that we had limited eye coverage. I was so grateful for their promptness, pleasantness, and understanding. I highly recommend this eye clinic, especially for kids who tend to break or destroy their glasses.

I have been going with William Fan for about 20 years he has always takes the time to answer all the questions and he is so friendly and so professional. Also Melani and Freddy are also so friendly and take care of the patients all the way. Thank you.

Dr.Grace office and staff were amazing. I have been a patient here for over 10 years and have always welcomed like family here. Definitely recommend for all your eye care.

Teresa has been a friendly face for over 20 years! So helpful with frames etc. I have been with Dr Grace for over 30 years and he has been very helpful with his expertise so my eye condition has remained stable thanks to him.

My mom had an appointment on 8/27/2025 and I took her there. The technician was nice and kind. Dr. Grace walked in, saw me sitting and asked why I was there. I told him I am there to translate for my mom because she does not speak English. Dr. Grace asked why my mom does speak English and he asked me how many years my mom live in the U.S. My mom is 72 years old. She came here when she was 46 years old. I did not bother to explain to Dr. Grace that she had to make a living when she first came to the U.S and did not attend school to learn English. I took my mom to many different doctors throughout the years, but this is the first time I heard this, and it was shocked to me.

Dr. Grace is terrific and has been my eye Dr. for 25+ yes. This new affiliation with MyEyeDr. has been very disappointing. Very rude staff and my glasses have not been correct twice now.
