All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. Price is such a nice guy and he's very patient and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would recommend this office for all of your eye care needs.

Just went to my first ever eye exam and the experience was amazing! The entire office is so very nice, helpful and just overall great! They explained everything very well and I felt taken care of! Highly recommend!

Exceptional customer care and support. From your eye exam to glasses the staff works with you for the entire process. We have been with the office in Grand Prairie off 360 for years and will stay with them for many years to come.

My wife and I visited the Grand Prairie Office to replace some lenses. Unfortunately, during this inquiry we were given some misinformation concerning insurance coverage and lenses options. On our follow-up visit associate Christina assisted us and was just as knowledgeable and professional as always. She reordered the lenses and we were out in minutes. We've use the GP location for years and Christina continues to provide outstanding service.

Exceptional. Every person in this office was welcoming and attentive. I was assisted in selecting my frames and Catherine Dinh OD was spectacular. She explained everything in detail and was so kind. This was a great experience. Thank you all.

Everything was great until it was time to pay first of all I was signed up for a warranty without my consent, I had to call the office back and opt out It was almost $40 for this warranty. They charged me a different price than what was quoted two days before on the phone. They're actually trying to charge $600 for an eye exam! Luckily, I had insurance and had the funds to pay out-of-pocket, which was not what I was quoted when I made the appointment. Make sure you get an accurate quote you're going to pay before you go ,,,look at your bill upon leaving !

If I could write a lower review I would. I had my appointment for a year and it was given to someone else. After confirming my appointment the week before via their text message, I received the call the day before my appointment to inform me that someone else has my appointment time. Instead of having the other person reschedule they wanted me to and then changed story and told me that I couldn't reschedule because Dr Price and his wife were going on vacation. I ended the conversation and told them I would call them. I called the next day because I was very upset. I spoke to the same young lady and when she saw how upset I was she decided to offer me an appointment that was 1 hour away and I declined and asked for a manager. The manager gets on the phone stating that they had a new systems and I explained to her as I did the first young lady I confirm my appointment last week and you guys received the confirmation. Anyway... That customer service was a deal-breaker for me. Dr Price, the husband, was very good when I met him for the first time last year. I say this to say it was not the doctors service it is the office workers service that I based my decision on. I don't know if the office workers explain the situation to the doctor, but if not hopefully he will see this review.

This used to be Advanced Eyecare, but the same folks still work there now. The staff was friendly, professional, and patient with me. They were very busy during my visit but still managed to get me through my appointment and back to work on time. This despite me being a few minutes late (sorry) and my strong reaction to anything near me eyes (also sorry). :) Also I'd be remiss not to mention how cool and funny Dr. Riley Liss is (as well as fantastic at her job). I guess I'll have to remember to show up to my annual eye exam... every year, instead of every few. My experience overall experience matches the 4.8 star rating, although I think they really deserve a 5.0.
