I have never had a flawless experience with getting my eye exam to picking out my glasses to leaving so happy. The entire team there is absolutely amazing. My new optometrist now has a loyal patient...they were all so kind and patient. Just a wonderful experience..

We had an appointment with the eye exam store attached to vision works. However, we could not have an exam because the front desk said our insurance won't start until Monday. I called VSP, and it seems the account was held by Visionwork. When we returned to the store after 10 minutes phone call, the door is just closed. We catch bad time before the door is about to close and nobody has patience to provide quality service. Will select other stores for better service.

I had a great experience at this store with a very good promotional price much lower than I was quoted elsewhere.. and no pressure professional service, even though it turned out to be closing time! I did not realize the store had closed at 6 pm until the clerk unlocked the door to let me out. I'm a repeat customer at this store and I'm glad I returned. But I recommend checking the closing time before you visit.

very the guy spent too much time with girl who couldn't even find her father's insurance and he spent so much time helping her find it and could not. I waited in line for 15 minutes and no one else was in the store and I just left..

Worst service ever. Avoid the Visionworks store in grapevine and the doctors place attached to the store like plague. It has been more than 2 months (June 19 was first visit) and even after paying everything we havent received contacts yet and now Visionworks grapevine says they will have to re order the contacts, 2 months after multiple follow ups. Wierd thing is they said we don't have to follow up and will be sent directly to home or can be picked up from store when text message is sent. NOTHING. This is not a one time issue that can be ignored as it can happen occasionally in other places. This is after regular follow ups. First it was the doctors place attached to this Visionworks that delayed things and couldn't find even a patient record and later the Visionworks center in grapevine tx screwed us.customer is a nobody in both places and they have no idea what service means.
