I had to get my glasses repaired. I did still have warranty on my glasses. However, I only had about a month left of the warranty. Sasha, was very helpful with everything! I had many concerns, and she answered every question, and helped me with every concern. I had two pairs of glasses, and was debating whether to replace both of them or not; and she actually helped me in making the correct decision as she carefully analyzed both pairs of my glasses. She absolutely had me walk out of the store feeling like I made the best decision with my warranty and my glasses! If you want someone to help you, I suggest looking for Sasha, because I am very satisfied with her assistance. She definitely goes out of her way!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Coming here was a huge mistake. I only came because my usual optometrist didn't have appointments available and I needed a glasses prescription. I quickly found out their doctors work remotely, which I initially thought was fine... until problems came up.
Once there's an issue, good luck getting real help or proper attention. I've had to come back five times trying to get my prescription fixed after already paying for the exam and a new pair of glasses. Each visit was the same cycle of frustration with no real resolution.
This place feels extremely disorganized, and the lack of an in-person doctor makes everything worse when something goes wrong.
If you're thinking about coming here, don't. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and go to a REAL doctor who actually sees you in person.
