Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Making appointments was super easy. The staff was super patient with me while I browsed for my frame and helped when I needed help. Pick up was in the approximate time frame that was given to me after my exam so the wait was not long at all. Glasses arrived to the store I was notify instantly. Keep up the great work guys. Y'all are doing an amazing job!!

I got an eye exam here and the prescription came back wrong, way too strong. On top of that the lenses were popping out of the frames. The lack of quality (and the fact that they actually gave me the frames in that condition) shocked me. They kindly rescheduled me for another exam, and I returned the frames and ordered frames elsewhere after the second exam. The second exam, although better than the first, also produced a prescription that was too strong. So now I'm just going to pay Warby Parker $15 to renew my old expired prescription rather than go pay for a whole new exam again at an entirely new place. I've never had an issue with an eye exam or prescription in the past so this is very odd to me, I'm not sure if it's the whole virtual aspect that messes up the exam or what. And I'm also out $80 as they do not refund the money for the eye exam even if it's an inaccurate prescription. I gave 2 stars because the employees were very kind and understanding despite the unfortunate situation. I would not recommend this place, go somewhere with an in person (not virtual) exam.
