I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Allen Panzer. I have keratoconus, which is a very challenging condition to manage and treat, and Dr. Panzer's level of skill and expertise truly sets him apart. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and highly experienced in achieving the best possible vision for his patients, even in complex cases like mine. What makes Dr. Panzer truly outstanding is his devotion and commitment to his patients. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and teaches me something new at every visit. Because of this, I not only receive excellent care, but I also better understand my condition and how to care for my eyes on a daily basis. His willingness to educate empowers me to advocate for myself and make informed decisions about my eye health. Dr. Panzer is well-versed in his specialty, meticulous in his approach, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcomes. I feel confident and reassured knowing I am under the care of a doctor who is both highly skilled and deeply committed to his patients' well-being. I called to get an appointment with Dr Allan and I had plenty of questions regarding my visit and insurance to see if this was the right fit for me. Linda Delagarza answered the call and was very patient and answered all my questions. I had questions regarding insurance and the type of vision issues I was experiencing. After being on the call with me for an extended amount of time she never rushed nor made me feel as my call was not important even after establishing I would not be making the appointment. This type of customer service is rare and does not happen often. Thank you Linda for your incredible customer service and Dr Allan for having this jewel on your team.

Dr. Panzer is the only eye doctor I trust in Houston to treat my Keratoconus. He's upfront, honest, and never sugarcoats--he tells you exactly what you need to know and does it with the utmost integrity. An amazing doctor with a wealth of expertise! His staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly, highly recommend !! 1000 STARS !!!

Dr Panzar - great doctor and great staff. If you are looking for an eye doctor who will listen to you and help you Dr. Panzar is your doctor. From the moment you walk in your are treated with such professionalism and very cared for. Dr Panzar found me the best contact lenses and he went out of his way to find the best lenses. I would recommend Dr Panzar and I will continue to go back to see him every year.

I've been going to Dr. Panzer the last few years, even after moving further away. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to talk to them and complete a comprehensive eye exam. I went out of town and forgot to pack extra contacts (I wear dailies) - the office was closed but they still emailed me my Rx so that I could obtain a trial box from another doctor. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

Got my contacts for keratoconus and the staff and Dr.Panzer were amazing in the process. I previously went to a big name eye care organization and that experience made me never wanting to get contacts I was ready to go through life not being able to seek if it came to it. Dr.Panzer and his staff really changed my entire opinion and saved my vision. I really do recommend anyone to try coming to see them!!

I really appreciate Dr. Panzer and his staff. He spent a lot of time with me and made sure that my scleral lens fit perfect the very first time. I had been told by others that it would probably take 3 or 4 visits to get the correct fit. I suffered with dry, scratchy eyes for years and my vision in glasses was never correct. Scleral contact lenses have been a blessing and so very comfortable. Thank you, Dr. Panzer.
