"I deeply regret going to Optical Illusionz on North fwy. My experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The contact eye exam felt rushed, the prescription tryouts were clearly wrong, causing severe headaches. I called the optical to get a follow up appointment and they wanted me to pay for a new exam $120. There policy states you get 2 follow up appointments before 90 days and it wasn't even 60 days yet. I requested to talk to the doctor but she never answer or return my calls, I called several times until I talked to Dao "Dr's assistant" and she was very rude and unprofessional and told me she can see me for a follow up but she was gonna charge me $60. I went to the appt. and she said my eyes were "scratched" which was bs because she just wanted to collect the $$, she said I had to come back in 3 wks and pay $60 again. Horrible experience will not be coming back here. We are a family of 5 and we are taking our business elsewhere.

Also, they were very patient with me; they made sure I was satisfied with the results of my lens. Ask for Areli, she's very professional and very kind! It was very quick, clean and all of the staff was very friendly. I even had a trainee and she listened to her trainer very well when preparing me for the exam. Honestly, I'd have to give our star of the show Luz the most credit. She knew instantly what I needed to look good when it came to picking frames and we went through about 8 -10 frames and she really made me feel good about my selection. If you need someone to be honest to tell you what looks good, she's definitely top notch. Thanks for making my day. Can't wait to get my next pair from here so I can finally be able to mix and match glasses.

Booked online for then called the location after not receiving a phine call to say my appointment has been confirmed for 3 45pm on 4 /23/2025 the lady that answered the phone asked for my insurance information to contact the insurance to verify my plan and stated she would call me back in a few minutes. Which was fine but I reminder that I booked for 3 45pm. I drove to the location and sat outside the location awaiting her return call this never happened at all. I then called back and a gentleman answered and I told him to cancel my appointment since it was important for the lady to have returned my call at this time its 4 01pm. He didn't even say we apologize for her not returning your call to confirm everything was good to go for your appointment. I had already called my insurance and everything was fine. I will think twice about booking an appointment and waiting for them to call you to confirm everything. This was poor customer service ever. Blessings

I went to get these glasses fixed . First time I went to the glasses place 4:10pm supposedly they close at 7 the lady didn't want to take the glasses in, second time they are broken she tells me oh he sat on them that's how the glasses broke, how would she know how they broke or if he sat on them or not? Telling me he ruined my glasses on purpose.. crazy. I wish I knew the name of the lady so I can put it in here
