I could put in a long list of superlatives to describe the staff, the care, and most notably Dr. Al-Mohtaseb herself, but ultimately as a patient the results speak most boldly for themselves. This is an outstanding facility. I am so very pleased and grateful for Dr. Al-Mohtaseb's surgical skills and the expertise, support, and advice of Dr.Woon in the adjustment phase of my surgery. Dr. Al-Mohtseb was amazing and helpful and patient in my year-long struggle. Seconds before a procedure I began crying out of fear, and she sat beside me and and encouraged me to be brave. The Whitsett optical group are wonderful. They took care of my cataracts and now I can see like I'm 20. They were very caring and amazing during the entire process. Recently I scratched my eye and because it was over the weekend I didn't know what to do. I called their office and the doctor got back to me within 20 minutes and gave me full instructions on what to do and made an appointment for Monday to check my eye out completely. They are are top notch group.

Very efficient and quick in going through all the testing. Testing staff was super sweet and enjoyed our conversations. Time spent with the doctor was sufficient. He was nice and thorough but seemed a bit hurried. Follow up with surgery coordinator was a day later and played phone tag for another day. Ultimately spoke with someone who provided very good explanation of benefits and covered amounts. Overall a good experience.
