I was helped by Moisha, and from the moment she spoke, it was clear she didn't want to be there. She looked at my insurance card and stated that it would only pay partially, then asked if I still wanted to continue. I made this appointment for a reason, especially considering my children's benefits.
When she tried to look up my kids' insurance, she said it wasn't "popping up." She seemed irritated, so I told her it was okay and left. I then went to the Walmart across the street, and they had no problem at all getting my insurance to come up.
You need to hire employees who actually want to work and help customers, not people who are just there to sit and get paid.
