I had such a great experience at America's Best! Ikira helped me and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. He helped me pick out frames that actually fit my face and style, and I never felt rushed. Staff are phenomenal, very knowledgeable and patient. I had the pleasure of having Ms.S'briyah as my tech? Sales associate? Not sure either way super helpful and bright I loved her. The optometrist was also amazing, I mentioned that I had a previous eye condition during my exam and she did like three extra exams of the eye to make sure everything was as it should be. Can not recommend this location enough

I brought my medical glasses into America's Best to have my prescription lenses placed into the frames, including transitions and anti-glare. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. When I picked up my glasses, they were returned off-balance and I could not see clearly through the lenses, which indicated the prescription was incorrect. Additionally, the transitions were faulty--they barely tinted and did not function properly. When placed on my face, my glasses are obviously slanted. When I raised these concerns, I was told by a manager that "the lab always messes up" and that there was nothing they could do other than send me to Ray-Ban to have them corrected, which made no sense given I had entrusted America's Best with this service. To make matters worse, my glasses were left sitting in a safe for six days without any updates, and I only found out by calling in myself. Eventually, I was told replacement glasses would be ordered, but no credit or accountability has been offered for the inconvenience, lost time, and extra costs I had to cover just to transport my glasses back and forth. For anyone considering bringing valuable or medical glasses here, please be aware: the lab quality control is poor, and customer service follow-up is lacking. I expected a certified dealer to handle my prescription with care, but this has not been the case.

Dr. Choi was awesome...best, most personal eye exam I've had. After Dr. Choi finished, the experience was not great. I wear progressives, and for whatever reason the staff just could not get them right. The first set of lenses was set into my glasses such that I had to tip my head forward to see at a distance. If I kept my head level, the transition blurred my distance vision. I took the glasses back to have the lenses remade. I can't really tell if they even remade them. I told two different people at the Silber location that I wanted more distance vision and to move the transition down. They either didn't listen, or didn't know what I wanted. I don't think I could have been any clearer. Waited three weeks for the lenses to get back and really can't tell the difference. I still have to tip my head down, or wear the glasses lower on my nose which is very uncomfortable. I will go back to America's Best for the eye exam with Dr. Choi, but I'll have another company make my glasses in the future. America's Best on Silber just cannot get it right.
