Chazz was an amazing person to help with my mother's issues! She treated her with the utmost respect and care. We needed her glasses repaired and was able to do that. She also helped with getting coverage planned for the next time we come. This store should use her as a model of excellence.

This is my second time coming to this location and both times I've been here I've had the best experience. Donald took the time out to personally repair my glasses when the screw was stripped. Everyone was very pleasant, professional and very attentive to my needs. Also, Dr. Riaz is the best eye doctor I've had so far. He helped me understand my eye health needs and has educated me on what's best. He recommended progressive glasses that absolutely will help me through everyday life. I am grateful for the experience and thorough examination process that fit my needs. I will continue coming back and bring my family and friends too. Thank you Donald and Dr. Riaz!

I can't say enough about how good I was treated by Chazz and Doctor Riaz. I was at my lowest point in life and they treated me like family not like a customer. I found that good people still exist and I'm so thankful for them helping me through, not just getting an eye exam and glasses but basically showing me love and hearing my story and offering encouragement and advice in the storms of life. I have been going to America's Best on Fondren for my eye care and glasses for a few years now. The staff members are really helpful and friendly but my last experience was awesome. Dr. Riaz was incredible. That was my first time seeing him. He took his time to explain everything to me about what's going on in my eyes and he knows his stuff. I mean he is good about eye care. I really appreciate him for his professionalism and for caring and going above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Riaz I will be back next year.

The Dr is amazing! My only problem is with the black lady at the front desk. The other staff is amazing too. Only The black lady was rude, rushing me and was speaking over me which I did not appreciate. That truly made my experience horrible. If you know you are serving the general public act professional and be courteous because she was rude to me as soon as I walked through the door all the way till the end. I hope someone speaks to her about her attitude.

Chaz was extremely patient with both my husband and me. She was attentive, friendly, and took the time to explain every part of the eye exam clearly. Her professionalism and kindness truly made the experience comfortable and stress-free. We really appreciated her care and attention to detail.

First I met Chazz she was awesome great customer service and very pleasant personality explained everything very well!! Then there was Dr. Riaz!! I received the best exam ever!!
