I have been shopping here for awhile but have not gotten my glasses yet because I am waiting for my insurance to change. They have a wide selection of frames. The prices seem to be very reasonable, even without insurance. I will be back at the beginning of the year.

These glasses and eye exam they do are totally worthless and a scam, even an over the counter $10 pair of glasses from a superstore is much better their products. When I complained for the discomfort they asked me to pay again for the eye exam. Wasted my time and money!

Initially it was great. 3 months after purchase the glue delaminated on the hinge and the arm fell out. They said there is no warranty. This was after they said it did and they will be ready in 2 weeks. They had them for 6 weeks and I had to buy another set. Posted a picture of the issue and they don't seem to care. So buyer beware you get what your paying for. The phrase "cheap junk" comes to mind.

Walked in without appointment and done in an hour. Marvelous service and the best glasses prices around. Dr. Khan gave me a great exam and Associate Hillary excellent service. Would return for sure. .

Had a good experience at first but one pair of glasses I never got, kept going and calling and they told me to wait. I call today and Miss Witney was the best at customer service and told me they had the glasses but because it was there for more than 50 days it got sent back.. yet I've called and gone multiple times for them to tell me "it's still in the lab". Everyone else must've not done their duty if she's telling me it was sent back since I'm tired of calling and going for them to just tell me it's not there... for them it to have been there so long it got sent back. Not coming to this location again other than to pick up my late glasses, thank you Witney. If not for her it would've been 1/5

I should've read the reviews first before going here. I was in the Sugarland area to go to Seafood City grocery store and thought to stop at this location since it's in the area to get my broken glasses remade. The lady that attended me was really friendly and energetic. Her name is Roxanne. I asked if I could get the remade glasses sent to another location that is closer to where I live. She said it has to be sent to the location where I have them remade but then she said she'll ask the manager. She came back and said it's possible and they can do it. I told her that if they can't, I don't want to have them remade since I have to drive all the way back to this location. I asked her again to be sure and she said YES! She even told me to write on the paper the address of the other location so she can have it sent there. She was then typing whatever on her computer and said it's all good and that it'll be ready about 2 weeks. A week passed and I called just to double check that it'll be sent to the address I provided. The same lady answered and said that the glasses were not made and that I would get a text. I told her that's not what I'm asking. She said there's NO notes and that she doesn't know if it can be sent to another location. After putting me on "hold" and came back, she said for me to call the next day to speak to the manager. When I told her that the lady I spoke to said clearly that I can, she said that it was her who I spoke to and that she didn't say that and that she doesn't want to give me wrong information and I would have to talk to a manager. WTH?! She literally DID give ne wrong information be telling me it CAN be sent to another location then now telling me she doesn't know. She was more eager to get off the phone than to help. I called the next day around 2:00pm and another girl answered. She said the manager is on lunch and to call an hour later. I called 2 hours later and it was Roxanne who answered. She was in a rush telling me the glasses were ready for pickup and then said bye. I told her wait coz I had a question. After asking about it being sent, she said it's ready for pickup then said bye. I told her to wait again. I don't know what's her rush. But she doesn't care about customers. I picked up my glasses today and EVERYTHING was wrong about it!!! The lenses were sticking out of the frame and when I said it's not like the old ones, the young girl asked if it's the same perscription. Even laying the glasses on the table, it's tilted and not even. The left glass temple/arm was higher. The manager came and sat at the computer and did NOT even say HI or anything. She was busy helping another customer sitting on the other side. She could've at least said HI. Anyway, after finally getting the glasses "fixed" or straightened, the manager asked what was wrong. I told her about the lenses. The way she asked is as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I told her that the old ones, the lenses were thinner and not sticking out or curved. It was straight and aligned with the frames. She asked the young girl to find the broken glasses to compare. Good thing they still have it! She realized what I said was true. Then, she said the lenses on the broken glasses were plastic and NOT poly. She said the lenses on the remade are poly and better. I laughed to myself coz poly IS plastic too. I asked if the lab made a mistake making the old ones VS the new ones. She asked if I wanted to get it remade again and get plastic. I told her no and that I'm good. I DID NOT WANT TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK AND NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT SENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!

The doctor, manager, and receptionist were polite and friendly. However, the billing took around 45 minutes and he gave me three different bills which none were correct. I was overcharged and had to go back to get a refund. This is the worst location ever.
