I will gladly travel over 45 minutes just to visit this America's Best location, and it's 100% worth it every single time. The customer service here is truly top tier. Destinee was incredibly helpful and patient while helping me choose my glasses. Going over insurance options can be tricky, but she and the entire team made the process smooth, clear, and stress-free. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely cared for. This location has earned my loyalty--highly recommend!

I will start this review off by saying no one called me to tell me my glasses were ready for pick up, I had to call to check if they were ready. I am very annoyed at how my frames were returned to me. Because my frames were still like new I just had new lens put in. My glasses when I tried them on did not even fit my face like they did previously. It was as if someone with a wider face had tried them on and stretched them out. The young lady tried to adjust them but only curved them more at the ears. She still did not adjust them correctly. You can see by the pic how wide they go out. I feel like my frames are ruined. They don't even offer a case to put them in when you leave.

I would like to give the entire team at this location a standing ovation. From when I first walked in the team was very professional, warm and greeted me with beautiful smiles. My appointment was quick but the temp spent time with me choosing my frames. Dr Pham was soooo polite ,professional and I love how informative she was. And then Iyiola the tram member who went over and beyond to help find the perfect frames. And Her personality was just what I needed. Thank you guys soooo much,I left with a big smile on my face. This team set the blue print for professionalism and warmness.

I had the pleasure of having Destinee assist me with new pairs of glasses that I am excited about. She was very attentive and a great listener. I appreciated the amount of patience Destinee had while helping me through the process with explanations that were easy to understand. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The services is pretty good, but the quality of their glasses are not great at all. The only reason I continue to get my glasses from there is because I have found that they're glare protection is the best one that I can get for night driving other than that, I'd go somewhere else and get a better quality of classes.

I've been coming here for years because I really liked Dr. Tran, but the customer service has consistently been disappointing. I decided to give it one last try, and while the manager who assisted me today was very helpful, the support staff continues to be rude and unprofessional. I picked up two pairs of glasses and a set of contacts, and the person who helped me never smiled, barely spoke, and seemed visibly annoyed to be assisting me. When I mentioned that my glasses were sliding a bit, she took them, went around the corner, and brought them back completely bent forward in an L shape -- without making any effort to ensure they fit properly. It was clear she didn't care about providing good service. Unfortunately, this type of experience has been ongoing for many years, and today confirmed that this will be my last visit. I plan to transfer my care to another location with better customer service that values long-term clients.

I'm sitting here as we speak,been coming here for years. I wish I could give a zero The customer service is below par. My appointment was at 2:30. I've updated my phone number, address several times. They still have the information incorrect.The lady at check in said I didn't have insurance. I have 2 optical insurances. They have 2 profiles and I don't know why.The doctor Jennifer Pham, handed me my contacts. Didn't ask me to try them on to see if the prescription was ok. I just put them in my purse and shock my head. Been waiting to sit with someone to get my glasses and they can not pull me up in the system. Please do not come here if you do not have patience. They keep telling everyone that they are short staffed. Ok, then why keep scheduling people!! I'm beyond upset and disappointed. I will be calling the corporate office

Bad experience. Inefficient, ineffective. This location team are all very Unprofessional. Bad business. They didn't call when my glasses was ready. My prescription were wrong twice, and I paid cash on both visits. I'm gonna have to consult another optometrist, and start all-over again. I've never done this b4, but, this service is so painful.
