America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Loved this place. Staff was very friendly. Got new glasses and it's was effortlessly done by a very knowledgeable employee (Skylar). Great selection. Wasn't busy and we were in and out with in 20-30 mins. Highly recommend! Will be going back for all my family's eye wear needs!

Horrible service. Call me 30 mins before my appointment to cancel, cause they just realized their doctor doesn't see patients under 7. They didn't seem apologetic. Never going here gain!!

The manager Raymond was amazing! Je was able to help with both pai of my glasses. I highly recommend America's Best at Willowbrook.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. The customer service at this location is extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the staff spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone, showing little regard for basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the manager was no better--instead of setting the standard for professionalism, they joined in on the disrespectful behavior. It's clear that respect for customers is not a priority here, and that is unacceptable for any business. I truly hope this feedback encourages the company to provide proper training and remind their team, including management, that customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and basic respect. The only people respectful in this place is Enrique and Kaylyn . Thank you for your kindness and your professionalism. Do yourself a favor go some place else.

I came in for Contacts and got such wonderful service. The doctor was very kind and welcoming. The whole staff was very sweet. I definitely will be back again.

This office just completely wasted my time. I scheduled over a week in advance for an eye exam. They sent me new patient paperwork to complete, which included my VSP insurance plan. They confirmed 3 times without ever notifying me that they don't take my insurance and that the visit would be out of network. The whole point of paying for insurance is to not have to pay out of pocket. I wouldn't have come out for a 9:30 am Saturday appointment if I had known that. Please advise of insurance coverage prior to appointments. Very frustrating!

I was treated with care here! I don't have insurance and they have amazing prices and really work with you and your budget. Raymond told me about their clearance glasses and even found a few pair that I may like. I stayed within budget and got two pairs of glasses, joined the eyeglass club, AND got a contact eye exam!!!

Great customer service and great pricing and offers to fit your needs! Spoke to Joseph and he was very polite, wanted to help you out and made everything seamless. Would recommend highly!
