America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I called America's Best this morning and was able to schedule an appointment with no issues. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The wait time before seeing the doctor was not long at all, which I really appreciated. After my visit, I was consulted by Marjorie, who was very welcoming, friendly, and thorough. She took her time answering all of my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. Overall, it was a great experience with professional and kind staff. I would definitely recommend this location.

The visit was quick, but very thorough. Everything was explained to me- from the pre-test machine options for testing, to different colored tests I'd never had before that allowed the doctor to provide me with two tips for care and pricing options. Ms Marjorie did a phenomenal job by giving me time and space to choose my lenses and with two questions saved me like $100. She was curious and I was inattentive and had gotten confused about pricing. She remained cordial and professional even though we were interrupted twice but even that feedback was received with grace by the other person. Because of Ms Marjorie's attentiveness, I walked out set for the year with glasses and contacts! All in all, a SUCCESSFUL visit, pG!!

Amazing service and so quick. The reception lady Cass was great from initial phone call to ensuring my insurance was accepted with them. Next was Dr. Dinh so professional, kind and thorough! She truly was patient and thoughtful throughout my quick but very thorough exam. I ended with Dominque. She was great and also thoughtful as well as quick. She helped me find frames that I liked and then maximized my insurance to cover over 70% of cost for 2 pair of glasses with multiple options. I was very happy with my complete visit and usually don't look forward to buying glasses. This team made it a pleasurable time and I walked out smiling. Just FYI I'm not the easiest client to have so this team would be the best of the best in most people's eyes!

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Dominique! She went above and beyond to fix my glasses with such professionalism, patience, and kindness. Not only did she solve the issue quickly, but she also made sure the fit was perfect and comfortable before I left. Her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help truly stood out.

Just to say all the American best i've been to. The one by 13486 Northwest freeway, they are so helpful and I had the best experience. Thanks to Marjoric she understood my concern and that was the best thing ever.

5 star experience! Everyone was so helpful and kind throughout my entire appointment. Both receptionists were very helpful, and Dr. Linh Dinh was informative and kind-hearted. Both Domanique and Vicky were excellent and treated me marvelously. I had a good laugh with Domanique! I enjoyed meeting them all, and I can wait to come back for another appointment.

We had a a very good experience at this America's Best location! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. Eva at the front desk checked us in quickly and kindly offered to verify our insurance coverage since we weren't sure what was included. She was also very patient with our pre-eye test exams Dr. Anh Tran was very thorough during the eye exam--we appreciated that we never felt rushed and that all of our questions were answered with care. Daminique was fantastic in helping us choose the right eyeglasses. She made sure the frames and lenses suited us perfectly and recommended some helpful add-ons to protect our vision and eyewear. Best of all, she did so without any pressure to purchase extras. We would definitely recommend the team at this location. Excellent service all around!

Marjorie is an amazing representative that has helped me choose a very cute pair of glasses and was able to go over all of the various options in detail! Luckily my insurance covered a large amount for glasses so I was able to choose a good pair!
