I wanted to take this time to leave a excellent review for an outstanding worker there in customer service.Grishma, didn't I stand in job assisting me with getting new glasses. It was the first time I was using my company insurance. And she made sure I had nothing but the very best. She was so delightful, very easy going and reflected. I think the best of this company. Also. She remembered me even a number of weeks later when my glasses were ready for pickup. Outstanding job

I initially left a good review, until I realized I couldn't see out of my contacts! Then read the reviews, where people are also getting the wrong prescriptions. I paid over $400 insurance included. To not be able to see. Now I have to take off work and miss money to get them adjusted. Wish I would have read the reviews before making the appointment.

I absolutely love the group at this America's best! The location seems to always be busy with an influx of customers but the service is smooth and hardly keeps anyone waiting longer than 15 minutes. I especially appreciate Heather's hardworking and kind demeanor. After helping me with multiple prescriptions, she just recently managed to repair my best pair glasses in 30 minutes after they were broken at my wedding the previous weekend. Thank you America's Best!!!

I am sharing this post to express my dissatisfaction with a negative experience I had involving Heather Wilson, a general manager (America's Best - Westlake Marketplace) whose conduct was rude and disrespectful. I received a voicemail stating that a refund had not been processed correctly due to an error on their end. When I came into the store and asked if someone could assist me, Heather did not appear willing to help. When she eventually addressed my concern, she seemed annoyed and impatient throughout the entire interaction. I was not offered a seat and had to stand during the entire refund process. Additionally, I had to return to the store twice due to their errors--first because of an incorrect prescription, and second because of a mistake with the refund. Despite taking the time to resolve issues that were not my fault, Heather Wilson treated me very disrespectfully, doing so in front of both employees and customers. To make matters worse, my contact lens prescription remains incorrect, and I have been waiting an extended period of time to receive my glasses. I hope corporate management addresses this situation, and I sincerely hope no other customer has to experience disrespect or humiliation.

I would give 5 if it was reliant solely on the Dr. Dr was great given it was my first time ever at an eye dr. He explained everything great. When I got to the glasses portion and dealing with my rep I felt so uncomfortable and just not focused on by my rep. She and another associate spoke horribly about their other coworker both in English and Spanish and had an entire conversation while I was sitting there waiting for what ever I was supposed to do with her. I had to actually ask about the things she had on the invoice to understand what she was trying to sell to me with my glasses. I went in nervous. Was fine with the eye dr. But then was so nervous with my rep and uncomfortable and ended up leaving so confused. Not a great experience.

The front desk was polite. I'm giving a 2 and that's being generous. I waited for 40 minutes to be seen and seriously less than 10 minutes with the doctor. She poked and prodded without saying anything. I asked what the problem was and she sent me to the waiting area AGAIN! This is the most nonprofessional business I've encountered. I wish I could recall the doctors name but she she mumbled some nonsense that wasn't understandable at all! I do NOT recommend this establishment especially if you value your time.

Very expensive lack of knowledge o do order two set of glasses they just come out that I only order one so not a good place . Not good or honest business
