I had a great experience at America's Best. The staff was friendly, and the whole process was smooth and well organized.
Ericka was the one who assisted me, and she did an amazing job. She was patient, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. She made sure I felt comfortable and understood my prescription and options.

Came in for what would've been a 2 minute adjustment. This location couldn't bother asking their 1 salesman to step away for just a moment or even the manager. Lied saying they were "in a meeting" at 4pm...yeah, right...
Never ever had this kind of problem at any other locations. People always stop what they're doing to help with a simple, quick task like this without being overwhelmed or making me wait 30 minutes.
This location needs to take notes from literally every other clinic that can handle more than 1 patient at a time.

This place is werid! I came here because this location is more convenient and I wanted to use my insurance to get contacts they insisted that I order eight boxes of contacts now I have two years worth of monthly contacts. I only wanted to order one year. Never comming back!

Do not use these people. Went in on a Monday, they said my glasses would be ready in a week. Went in 9 days later to pick up my glasses and was told they just shipped them off the 8th day. Asked for corporate number and employee had no idea what it was. Asked for my money and back and the employee couldn't do that either because I paid cash. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. Spoke to corporate customer service and they said they couldn't do anything.

Set an appointment only for the Dr not to be there. No one seemed to know when the Dr left for lunch or at what time they could be expected to be back. The cherry on top was just how unbothered the entire staff was. Like no one there valued my time. But I can assure you they would've expected the full payment.
