America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Can you believe it? It feels like just yesterday we were picking out her last pair, but here we are again, back for new prescription glasses! We decided to just pop in without an appointment to browse, and we were immediately greeted by such a friendly face from the optical team. They were super helpful, quickly looking up our insurance benefits which really made the whole selection process so much easier. It was actually quite fun helping my daughter pick out her next stylish frames - she found a pair she absolutely adores! The checkout was incredibly smooth and fast, and they gave us a clear date for when her new glasses would be ready. With her starting back to school the very next day, I gave them a quick call the day before our scheduled pickup, just to confirm everything was on track. When we swung by after her basketball practice, we were met with the same warm welcome. They found her new glasses in a flash, made a tiny adjustment to ensure they fit perfectly, and we were out the door in no time. Talk about efficient service! All in all, another fantastic experience.

I had a wonderful experience at America's Best, thanks to Madison. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout my visit. Madison took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. First time going to Americas Best and this location to be exact. All the girls working there seem lazy and have attitudes. I expect great customer service if I am spending my money there! I should have went to Berkeley Eye Center where they are professional and greet you better. That is where I usually go for my eye exams. I was giving this place a try and it highly disappointed me. I should have known it was going to be NOTHING compared to Berkeley Eye Center because there, they ARE professional and take their jobs seriously! Do better at hiring trained employees.

This was my first time in at this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately. The receptionist was very sweet. She told me exactly what she needed and made me feel welcome.The dr was professional and kind. She answered all my questions and took her time explaining everything. Madison helped me navigate my insurance coverage. She showed me exactly where to look for what I needed. I felt no pressure to buy more than I needed. She took her time in answering all my questions and made sure I understood everything. She helped me get my order placed and let me know when my order could be expected. I highly recommend this location! I enjoyed my experience and will definitely make this my go to for all things vision related!! Thank you to the whole team!

I was gonna leave a review for these sweet girls but after reading some of these reviews. I feel so appalled that people would leave bad reviews. I've been on up there a couple times to get different glasses not once have I had a bad experience. I've even witnessed them have to deal with rude customers and they are very calm and professional dealing with them. It's always something about the promotion or the lens being too thick or delays on the glasses things they have no control over. You get what you pay for that's how I see it. Ladies y'all are killing it!!! Definitely will be back!!

My experience here was great. Nice and friendly staff, who are very informative. They know how to make you feel welcomed and cared for here. I definitely recommend coming to this location.
