Phenomenal experience!
I had a wonderful experience at Americas Best!! Dr.SHI was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything about my exam. The staff was friendly and professional, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I really appreciated how amazing Amanda was and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and made sure my prescription was just right. I left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend Dr. SHI and the whole team!

Bianca was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and explained everything so patiently, making sure I understood each step. Her attitude was warm and professional, and her customer service was excellent. She made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her.
I can't remember the name of the young lady who reviewed my eye exam with me. She was superb! Mentioned she's been at this location since September 2025 but you can tell she is experienced and is great at what she does! Thank you all.

I had an amazing experience at this place. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and well maintained. The staff truly made the difference-- Especially Yesenia she was friendly, attentive, and she genuinely cared about providing excellent service, she was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was perfect, she helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses and I absolutely loved them, she also helped my spouse with any questions he had about his eye glasses :). You can tell they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care service and a great overall experience. I will definitely be returning!

Why would they give me contacts and not solution as a courtesy? I don't know what solutions works best for these. I hated the affordable options for frames as well. I still would have paid less at optical across the street. Even without insurance. It was a waste of my money. I should have paid for a discounted exam for $49 out of pocket at Walmart and went to optical for glasses. Staff is amazing though. Doctor is amazing. Expensive even with insurance, don't really have a thin frame option I like, a lot of plastic frames, not worth the money at all.

I had such a great experience here, and I have to give a special shoutout to Bianca. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish patient, friendly, and really went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and felt taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. I definitely recommend coming here, and if you can, ask for Bianca she made the whole experience even better!
