America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had an amazing experience at America's Best thanks to Jahaziel ! He helped me pick out the perfect frames for my prescription and made sure I was getting the best of the best options for my glasses. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish, including helping me understand and maximize my insurance. His attitude was great, he was extremely knowledgeable, and everything was done efficiently. I couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you Jahaziel !!

Don't get your glasses here or any Americas best places. Add a bit of money and go to a different place. My first time was okay but prescription was low, and wearing glasses was not an all day requirement, second time I needed higher prescription and paid more to have glare out and no fog. The glasses were worst than the first time. None no glare or fog were there evident, and getting it fixed is a frustrating process because they are combative and won't even listen to your struggles ir need or admit they didn't deliver on their promises. Paying more somewhere else is probably worth it, as I had to get glasses elsewhere and wish I did it in the first place - it would save me time and money. Don't pay more for additional perks, and if you need more than just light prescription- go somewhere else more professional and accountable.

Made an appointment for 1pm on October 7th, arrived at 1:10pm thinking I had a 15min grace period (As most offices do). The lady in the front asked what I wanted I let her know I was running a couple minutes late I had a 1pm appointment set. She rudely replied that the doc left to have lunch. I replied why would I be set up for an appointment if it wasn't going to work for them as well. She stated that the grace period was only 5min, so unprofessional I work night shift long hours it's difficult for me to get to an appointment as it is. So unprofessional will NEVER come to this location I have used this company for years and have never had an issue till today. These lady's need to be more professional do not recommend this location at all. Definitely changing to different eyeglass location. SMH

I started taking my soon to American Best a few years ago but this particular time I truly experienced the best service from Jahaziel he was the most friendliest and nicest young man my personal angle I prayed before going telling God about my money problems but Jahaziel took out the time to help he's so patient I truly appreciate him may God bless him in anything he decides to do him working here is a great thing he knows his job very well he's a 10 over 10 and the ladies that work there are very nice as well I will be changing eye doctors this will be my new place thanks Jahaziel

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service I received. The trial contract my daughter was given ripped the very first night she took it off. When I called, I was told there was nothing that could be done, which is unacceptable. On top of that, when I went in today, the employee handed me a bag with the contract without saying a single word to me, then turned to chat with another employee. That level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is not something I expect from a business. I deserve clear guidance and respect as a customer, and I did not receive either.

The assistant manager at the gulf freeway store was very helpful. Very knowledgeable about what he did.

My glasses were supposed to be ready by the 15 I got the 2 pairs for 89$ deal and it's been bout 2 weeks still no glasses ?

The Doctor is the only thing professional about this place.I really enjoyed how thorough she was in discussing my appointment with me. The office personal ,however, are so unprofessional and unorganized. I could hear them talking badly out loud about other patience as they would leave. They are not friendly and I had to call after a month of waiting for my contacts. While on the phone the woman was talking to other customers making me think she was asking me these questions, then would not respond to me. She then put me on hold and hung up the line after 20 minutes of me being on hold. I had to call back and wait on hold for another 20 minutes while they proceeded to get me mixed with another customer. My contacts had been in for weeks, and I was never notified. I do not recommend this location.
