Alyssa is an absolute rock star! She's so helpful, caring, and kind, and she made the entire process seamless and easy. Tan was also incredibly helpful and helped me find three pairs of glasses that I love and can't wait to pick up when they're ready. Dr. Tran did my exam and was so informative and kind. I highly recommend this place and location--such a wonderful crew all around!

I been using this place for a 3 years for my sons and myself. I really like the service.The other people complaining might have had poor communication skills as far as checking in. They sent me a verification email and I clicked yes I'm coming. It was simple. They took my insurance & I barely paid anything. The staff was extremely helpful & patient with me as always. The ladies in the office & man are professional & took care of all my needs. I like coming here because they accept my insurance but also they have a huge selection of frames. My complete exam plus 2 boxes of contacts was only $56. I also got prescription for glasses with that. I did read the other reviews with the low star rating and I didn't experience anything like that in the years coming into this particular location. They have clean restrooms & seating area to wait. The optometrist that is my eye doctor is very nice & I would highly recommend coming to her if you have high anxiety about eye exams. I don't particularly like them but she makes the experience comfortable & quick.

I've always came to Americas best and never ran into any issues with my glasses or experience. I came for a walk in today & had to set an appointment (no issue with that). The lady who helped me in the pink lipstick with a lip piercing was the rudest lady ever! She had sassy comments and attitude towards me and my mom. Worst customer service I've ever experienced there!

Such sweet and wonderful staff; the receptionist was very friendly and I had Miss Alyssa check me out. She went far and above to help me with my choice and was patient with me.

My experience was a 10/10!! The ladies were so nice since walking in the through the door, and Nola was very informative and patient with us. Will definitely change locations and be a regular here at the Shepard location.

My experience here today was great! All of the staff members were so nice, friendly and professional. The Dr. was professional and thorough. The glasses selection is great and the prices for glasses and their services are very fair. From the moment I entered I was greeted warmly and felt like the service was A+ even after working with and talking to 5 staff members. I definitely recommend getting your prescription and glasses here.

I've been coming to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses for a couple of years now, and they've consistently delivered great service. The staff is always friendly and they work in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Dr. Thomas was the one who saw me this time. She was incredibly patient, kind, and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I also want to shout out the receptionist (I don't remember her name sorry!) and the team member who did the first part of the exam. They were both great and made me feel comfortable right away. During checkout, Alyssa took great care of me and made the process smooth and easy. Everyone here is professional and welcoming. I definitely recommend them for eye exams and frames. Very affordable.
