Arrived for the appointment 15 minutes early as requested. Tech performed eye tests for 30 minutes then I waited 90 minutes to see the doctor. No one ever checked on me or explained the delay. So, after being in the office for 2 hours and 15 minutes, I told the receptionist I was leaving because my time is also valuable. Never heard from the doctor or his staff.

Dr Andy Lee and his crew are Exceptional! You will not find a more caring, committed, talented group of Doctors ANYWHERE!

I have been attempting to reach Dr. Lee since my release from the hospital. I was assured multiple times by his office staff that I would receive a call back, but despite these promises, I have not heard from anyone. My case worker has also made efforts to contact your office on my behalf, but has faced the same lack of response. I was advised that I need to see Dr. Lee for ongoing care, and I was informed by Methodist that he is the only doctor currently accepting new patients. It is quite concerning and frustrating that no one has reached out to me, especially after I've left multiple messages and made requests for a follow-up. I kindly ask for your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon. It has almost been a month and I'm still at square one.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Lee. His level of care he provided my brother recently was phenomenal. He is passionate , caring , attentive, highly intelligent, and willing to go the extra step to find answers. I have prayed for someone like Dr. Lee to cross our paths and give us a true understanding of my brother's injury. I am thankful he is now on his care team. He was a true breath of fresh air. I finally feel like a doctor cares about my brother getting better and recovering equally as much as I do. I wish more doctors strived to provide this level of compassionate care to their patients as Dr. Lee has.

I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Lee..He is tenacious in diagnosing and treating your symptoms. The BEST care you could possibly get. An amazing doctor.

Dr. Lee saved my vision. I was hospitalized immediately after Hurricane Harvey, over Labor Day weekend due to sudden vision loss. Dr. Lee and his fellows came to see me inpatient on the holiday, during the aftermath of the Hurricane. They actually walked in right as I was about to be discharged with instructions to try to obtain an appointment with a neuroopthamologist as soon as possible. This would not have saved my vision. Because of Dr. Lee, I was able to have the surgeries and treatment I needed swiftly enough to reverse some of the damage and prevent me from having to make some serious lifestyle changes. I truly don't have the words to express my gratitude to him. Dr. Lee is an extremely intelligent doctor and teacher. He is direct with his patients and brings humor to the appointments. I have been a patient of his for the last 4.5 years and have never doubted that I was getting the best treatment possible. I could not recommend him enough.

I have tried to get an appointment with Dr Lee since March and at 1 point had an appointment scheduled for August. Then in May the office contacted me telling me via text that the appointment needed to be rescheduled and they cancelled the appointment. I have been given the run arround since then and still no appointment as of yet. Apparently this office has no need in new patients or the staff needs replaced. This is most certainly no way to treat prospective patients that are looking for help. This office should be ashamed of themselves for wasting my time! Update, shortly after this review was left I managed to see Dr Lee who is a brilliant and compasionate doctor, explained a ton about my vision issues that nobody told me before especially having a stroke in each eye. Then they had me make a follow up appointment for December. Just yesterday I received another text with them cancelling my follow up appointment so I called the office. They told me it was cancelled due to the doc going to a seminar. Then they told me there were no appointments available till after January so I was scheduled with another doctor in the office and put on Dr Lees cancelation list. I still stand by my initial review if you are cancelling my appointments due to you going on a business trip scheduling me with a new doctor is not a viable solution and I should be given an appointment thats acceptable to me not your schedule as your office cancelled not me

There are still caring and dedicated medical professionals and Dr. Lee is at the top of that list. After years struggling with an unknown diagnosis,Dr Lee took charge and lead a fabulous team to real answers to my husband's health issues and began our hopeful path forward. Both my husband and I, separately, named him our hero of the year. That's an understatement.
