I've been going to this office for at least 5 years (I can't remember exactly how long but I was a teenager and I'm 24 now) and I have no complaints. Dr. Nguyen is incredibly kind, thoughtful and takes time to explain the procedures. She is attentive and carries great conversation during your appointment. Although the office can be considered small, it gets the job done and I will be have Dr. Nguyen as my eye doctor for the foreseeable future!

I my visit was great. Then there was a mess up that was not fixed to my liking. I was told to pay for a service I was not provided. The lady who sends the notes to the doctor forgot that I was getting contacts also. The doctor dilated my eyes, and when I mentioned the contacts she said I could not put then in now and would have to do it later because that wasn't in the notes and my eyes had the solution to dilated them in already. So the service for fitting them could not happen, but they wanted me to pay the full price for the service. I declined. I call back to set up another appointment, now I have to see the same doctor during the week, I work when their open. Also, its now in their system that it was in the notes for me to get contacts when I 1st walked in to see the doctor. This is incorrect. I am displeased with the lack of accommodation due to a simple mistake that was no fault of mine.

Dr Nguyen is by far the best eye doctor my family have gone to. She is knowledgeable , precise and patient to our concerns and takes the time to explain ant procedure she is doing or any recommendations. Not only is she professional , she is also very down to earth , friendly and easy to talk to. I told her if she ever moved to tell me because she's my eye doctor for life. My girls love you and is very happy when they go get their eyes examined.

I have just had the pleasure of visiting Dr.Nguyen as a new patient, and I am extremely impressed by the level of service I have received. I was in a bit of a time crunch in need of a fast eye exam for DPS, and Dr. Nguyen was completely understanding of my circumstances, and provided above excellent service while being professional and courteous. She also has a very friendly personality, which makes her an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you once again!!

Best eye exam I've ever had! Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and very thorough. Her office is very clean and her staff are very nice. If you need an eye exam, come here! It's super easy to make an appointment online and walk-ins are welcomed too. Will definitely come back with my family!

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are very friendly and efficient. We came in and both my husband and myself were seen promptly. After our exams we were given multiple options based on our prescription, lifestyle, and budget. She made it very easy for us to feel comfortable. My 3 year old felt left out and Dr. Nguyen took the time to give her a short "exam" also.

Just moved to the area and needed an a prescription for a new set of glass. Didn't know where to go so I stopped by Dr. Nguyen's office right outside of Target. So glad I did! She's the nicest and most vigilant eye doc I've been to. Spent a considerable amount of time making sure she got the prescription right, that there was no discomfort with my current glasses, and even tested contacts on me because I was thinking about starting on them. She was ultimately able to give me an updated script, and I see so much better now! If you're looking for a doc, definitely come in and check her out. You won't be disappointed! I swear, I haven't had medical service like this since my pediatrician, 20 years ago.

Dr. Ann Nguyen was very thorough with my eye exam. Explained everything to me and answered all questions that I had. I live in the heights area and would only go to her for my exams! Her staff was very kind and courteous, made sure that I was comfortable while waiting. Definitely recommend her!
