I've been coming here for 10 years, I Love the doctor. I drive a hour to get here and a hour to come pick my glasses up. I'm only giving 3 stars because my last visit wasn't so good. The receptionist ask me was I doing the contact fitting along with my glasses exam. I asked her twice how much will I have to come out of pocket, she looked on the computer and stated $40. I agreed to the $40 paid had both exams done. A week later I get a call from the receptionist stating she made a mistake on the price and I owed $50 more. I would have never got the exam if I knew it was $90 because it wasn't in my budget. Very disappointed by this.

Our family love this Doctor Thuy Nguyen a lot, we have been using her service over 10+ years now. Dr. Thuy Nguyen provided exceptional services and give us very accurate check on the eyes. Never had any headache with new glasses. Thank you very much for taking our eyes health!

It was Saturday morning, about noon my appointment was at 1230. (A family was ahead of me which was fine...) I arrived early completed my paperwork and did my prescreen and was asked to wait. I'm sitting and and it's currently 12:52. The family left about 10 mins ago and the lady who did my pre screening is sweeping the floor..no one has approached me to say it will just be a few minutes more or apologize for waiting past my 12:30 appointment. I don't know if it's because I don't have insurance and was using sightbox for method of payment but regardless everyone should be treated equally and if it's just a lunch hour maybe notify the patient. I'm literally the only one waiting in your waiting room for a contact prescription. REDICULOUS. I'm not asking for special treatment but jeez if I'm respecting your time coming in early as requested at least tell me something. Common curtesy guys. And now it's 1pm. I'm so disappointed

The Dr was amazing and The staff even better. Received my glasses in a VERY timely manner. I'd recommend the business for everyone that needs help with vision.

The wait was a bit longer than I expected (about 20 mins) but the doctor is knowledgeable and was in no rush to get me out. Probably evaluated me and gave me great tips for my vision.

Been bringing my son here for his check ups and glasses for past couple years. They are pretty good at diagnosing optical problems but drop the ball when your glasses finalize arrive at facility and they don't call you to let you know.

Got me in quick and even were able to get my glasses done same day. Very accommodating, honest, and nice people!

The wait was long, the hours on here aren't true. I go there at 10:30 and they're still closed but when I call at 11 they answer and say they open at 11. I told her the hours say 10:30 and she says she was there at 10:30... she wasn't because I was there at 10:30 and the security gate inside was still blocking the door. The hours here are not accommodating to people who work 8 hours each weekday. I'm going somewhere else.
