I love this place. I have needed specialty care since a stroke damaged my vision. After six months of run around from other doctors I finally found this neuro-opthamologist and her staff, who are caring and well-informed, and even doing research studies into issues facing patients like me. On top of that, most of them have a good sense of humor, AND there's free parking.

Visiting Dr. Faraz Haghighi and his wonderful team was one of the best experiences I've ever had with an eye care provider. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and treated with genuine care and respect.
Dr. Haghighi is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also truly compassionate and patient. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their vision health.
The entire staff--from the front desk to the technicians--are friendly, helpful, and incredibly kind. The environment is clean, calm, and well-organized, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Haghighi's clinic to anyone looking for a top-notch, trustworthy, and caring eye doctor. You'll be in excellent hands.

Dr Fernandez and her team are wonderful. The staff and technicians are great, and the medical equipment top notch. Chad was so patient with me and that darn clicker!! Dr F took the time to review all of my results with me and explained everything in terms that I could comprehend. Kudos to the optical staff. They helped me to pick out some really nice frames, and thankfully guided me away from some that were not so flattering. I'd recommend them all 100%.

With the opening of the Optic Nerve Center, Neuro-Ophthalmology of Texas at Bellaire Eye Care brings together a full range of services to diagnose and help manage optic nerve problems and other sight threatening conditions. The Center is directed by two collaborating, fellowship-trained neuro-ophthalmologists and fellows of North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society. Both Rosa A. Tang, M.D. and Jade S.
