I have been going to Berkeley Eye Center in Atascocita for a handful of years now. I have always received great service from all the employees, with no long waits and always efficient service. I have seen a couple of doctors there and most recently, 04 December 2025, with Dr. Hilton. He is very professional, but also very polite and personable. He is easy going to put patients at ease and it works. I have been very satisfied with his care each time I have seen him. His assistant Jennifer was also very professional and pleasant. On this particular date, special mention should be made of a special employee. The intake optometry technician was a delightful young lady named Diamond. She was also very professional and personable, but she REALLY stood out. She had a very calming and pleasant demeanor, while remaining attentive and detail oriented. She was just a genuine joy to be around, especially in light of customer service pressures that appear to ramp up during the holidays. She was simply a model of excellent customer service!! I applaud Berkeley for having the foresight to employ her and hopefully reward her for a superb job VERY well done. Bravo to all the crew there, but especially to Diamond. She made a dull chore an unexpected pleasure.

Easy to make an appointment. Staff was friendly, helpful & efficient at every step. Dr Hilton was great. He did a very thorough examination & took time to answer my questions. My first time here & I will definitely be back.

Posh Woods was amazing. She provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision on getting everything I needed in the glasses I selected. I left the office with a much better understanding of how progressive lens work and all the other other options available to me based on my insurance coverage. My experience today at Berkeley Eye Center in Sugarland, was beyond amazing! From the front desk staff when I walked in the door to Tammy getting me ready to see Dr. Thuyuyen Hoang to the thorough examination and treatment by the Dr and how she explained everything to Alaina Coleman assisting me to find my new glasses to the girls at checkout! I felt well cared for, I felt that everything was explained to me thoroughly, I felt that everyone went Above and beyond! This is why I keep coming back to Berkeley Eye Center. The hands-on approach, The personalized care, The friendly dispositions, the well stocked inventory and the ability of the staff!
