Each time I've been at Berkeley Eye Center Champions I've been very impressed with their caring, very professional, patient oriented and efficient service. I actually look forward to my appointments and calling there, which is unique today. You can always tell when management is excellent when you have repeated great experiences. I would recommend this location and Dr Gloyd and his staff with a 5 star rating in all areas. The Manager Karen at the Champions location is great to work with and very professional!

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Gloyd and the entire staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs smoothly. Dr. Gloyd was incredibly thorough during the exam, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. I felt completely at ease and confident in their expertise. The staff was equally impressive especially Mrs. Wood. They were friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. Whether it was scheduling, pre-testing, or helping with glasses, everyone made the experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch eye care with a personal touch!

Berkeley Eye Center-Champions provides A+ service. The environment is operated efficiently by a staff that is professional and friendly. Selena, was the eye care specialist who assisted me with purchasing a new pair of glasses. Her positive energy, knowledge and friendly personality was refreshing. I also appreciate Selena's sincereity and patience. She made me feel comfortable and valued.

I have called 2 times on 3 different days and each time get sent to voicemail. When I leave a message I do not get a return call. How do you get an appointment at Berkeley Eyecare?!

This is my second year coming to Berkeley-Champion. Dr. Abebe is the best eye doctor in my opinion. After my cataract surgery two years ago at another clinic with a different doctor, I felt uncomfortable wearing my reading glasses made me dizzy I wasn't sure if they had a prescription right.. When she examined me last year, she noticed a slight change and adjusted my prescription slightly, which made all the difference. I'm so glad I found Berkeley-Champion and I'm actually so impressed with Dr. Abebe kindest and her professionalism I will come back next year to be examined by her.. This office staff were all very nice and courteous it is the best eye clinic I've been to in Houston. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Abebe for your eye care.
