Berkeley Eye Center - Clear Lake TX

This vision center is the best! They are so helpful. I needed to get seen for an eye scratch, that was painful. I have HMO, so I needed a referral from primary care, to have insurance coverage. I waited 2 days and called many times to get referral, trying to rush them up. Monica at the front desk, Berkley clear lake center, went out of her way to get the referral quickly and she got me an appointment the same day. I was super appreciative for her help! Dr Obie is really good and thorough! And my eye, is healing.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told the office is booked until March, which I completely understand. However, my experience with the receptionist could have been better. After I said, "No thank you, I appreciate it. Have a a great day," the call was disconnected before I could finish speaking. It came across as a bit abrupt and unprofessional. I was referred here by my daughter's father, who has had good experiences with your office, so I was hoping for a more welcoming interaction. I hope this feedback helps improve the phone experience for future callers.

New to the area and this place is wonderful. The intake woman at the the front desk was an absolute doll, the referral from my GP had not been sent over and she was so patient while i tried to get that paperwork for them. It made me about 30 minutes late for my original appointment, but you never would have known, time and care was taken. I feel blessed to have found an office full of women who chose kindness and patience, in a world where that can be rare. I cannot recommend Berkeley and Clearlake highly enough.

i've been going to this eye center for a while now, and honestly, it's one of the few places where the staff actually get it. they're friendly without being fake, patient without talking down to you, and they make the whole eye exam process way less stressful than it usually is. They notice the little things, answer your questions straight, and don't rush you. the office runs smoothly, it's clean, and you can tell they actually care about getting it right. I leave feeling like my eyes are in good hands every time.

Easy to schedule an appointment and check in was easy as well. The exam was thorough and they explained everything so that I can understand. Checked out quick and everyone was polite!

Absolutely stellar service. The team here at Berkeley Eye Center has a comfortable flow with each other and it resonates in the atmosphere. This is my first time in a while at the Eye Doctor and I don't remember the technology or costumer service being this direct and official. It took less than an hour for a check up, diagnostic and ordering my first pair of glasses and contacts. They even have contact trials where they take time to teach you how to manage with contacts. Cory was sensational and so easy to talk to! Cecilia created a vibe of comfort for me as she guided me to the doctor. And these doctors are top of the line. Dr. Hoang was able to answer all my questions with ease and also very easy to talk to. Overall this location gets a 9.8 out of 10 from me. I'm local as well so I'm HONORED to say I will be coming here permanently. I would recommend this to ANYONE needed an eye check or some new lenses!

Had a great experience at Berkeley eye center in Clear Lake. The doctor and staff were great and helpful. I would recommend them.

The receptionist was so snappy and rude rushing me to get my Insurance information. I Must of been a distraction from her conversation with her coworker about Beauty care products. That was the conversation I overheard. She did not mute while trying to book an appointment for me. Instead came back rude and demanding info I asked her to give me a minute while i got the info from another card. She continued to not be attentive. I will not do business where I am rushed and they can't be attentive to my needs. That's horrible customer service . I would rather go to walmart for that attitude!
