I have been a client with Berkeley Eye Center's Memorial location for many years. Dr. Kelsea Skidmore is a fantastic O.D. as she is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind and considerate. I trust her judgement implicitly which is why I keep going back to see Dr. Skidmore for my annual eye exam and other eye conditions as needed. Kimberly, Dr. Skidmore's assistant was very helpful and friendly and she ensured that I had my correct prescriptions. Nanci, the Technician that assisted Dr. Skidmore today was amazing. Her professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional! Clearly, I was provided with extraordinary customer service by the "A" team! Keep up the great work!

The doctors are great, very knowledgeable and professional. I have been a regular patient at Berkeley Eye Center for a long time. The Memorial location works best for me due to location and availability. I even was available to see the doctor the same day when I was having problems. Dr. Steffensen provided treatment for my infected eye. She was thorough and explained everything to me. I returned a few days later for a laser procedure with Dr. Mehta. This corrected the blurry vision which occurred after cataract surgery. Both doctors are professional but also kind and approachable. I am grateful Yubi encouraged me to schedule the laser procedure within the week --- I tend to procrastinate! I fully trust Berkeley Eye Center Memorial.
