Went two times and in the morning they were considerably late, which made me lost an entire hour from work and had to leave without seeing the doctor. They gave me an appointment at 2pm because the doctor was not in. Went back sharp at 2 pm "with an appointment" and had to leave without being seen by the optometrist because "he was busy with another patient who had an appointment", so what about me? They gave me an appointment at 2 and saw the optometrist walking out and back in, while I was still waiting 30 minutes later of my scheduled appointment. When I asked one of his employees if I would be able to see him, she responded very rude that I had to understand that he has other appointments and that I had to wait. They do not treat customer with any respect. My time is valuable too. Had to cancel the appointment and just leave to find a different optometrist whom is actually willing to see his patients.
